All the Warning Signs
the world is full of warnings
so why do we fall
we trip on the shadows
of the things that are too tall
too tall for us to climb
and too big for us to hold
our memories left behind
and the ones who are too bold
ive tried to see the warnings
that the world has left behind

drawing out energy
to place the magic in
happiness consumes all
and draws out more energy

and smiles consume all

open up into the air
breath all the sounds
feel the wind around
can you feel it build
can you hear me break
have you seen the scares
of the war the world takes
can you hear silence
when all you need is sound
open up to the air
let your heart pound
feel the wild wind
let go to the howl

My Interrupted Solitude
Look at all the lights
all the cars
in this night
they interrupt my darkness
bring light to my solitude
i need it to be spark less
but they bring light
to my darkness
my solitude interrupted
I want to be in peace but
these sparks have to interrupt it
I'm very displeased
i want the solitude of this darkness
but these lights hold up their fists
they fight through the air
to shine down on me
when all i want
is to be alone

Walk in a room with your chin up
You are the leader of every step
