I hate the way you treat me
I hate that everything is how you want it to be
I hate all your lies and silly games
I hate how you make them all the same
I hate that I feel this way
I hate that I can't take the pain away
I hate that I'm your back bone
I hate being in the same zone
I hate the way you make me feel
I hate the pain won't heal
I hate that you are too blind to see
I hate that I want to leave
I hate not wanting to be around
I hate your mouth that produces bad sounds
I hate a lot of other things too
But I hate that you make me hate you

Truth is
Truth is, the king had a dream
The dream to sing in perfect harmony
Unity of one color, one sound, one team
Truth is, she led the people to being free
I believe, she was tight like the king
Led away from slavery and on to Calvary
Truth is, she refused her seat to an ignorant white man
She stood tall on her feet to make them understand
That she can and she will, feel how she feels
For she, was real and sealed the deal
Truth is, she stood for woman rights
She led the fight to a new life
She tight, just like mike
Truth is, sojourner Truth, is in all of you

Day And Night Collided
When day met night
Everything felt right
Day awakes and starts new lives
Night sleeps but it's still alive
Day is always shinning its light
Night is dark but still just as bright
Day is crowded, full of living things
Night is empty, no awake beings
Day is wild, cause of what people do
Night is crazy, believe they are too
Day is dirty, it starts to match night
Night is clean, its gets quiet, just right
Day is loud, the noises surrounding it
Night is peaceful, no noises around it
Day is special, as special as it comes
Night is different, it's nothing, no one can see
They are both loved, we all are attached
But like they say, opposites attract

Life Or Death?
Every day we live, we always face death
We get closer to it, every time we take a breath
Life is special but death brings peace
Life brings reality and things you believe
Death is hard for everyone around
Death is quiet, no more bad sounds
Life is also hard, all the things we go through
Life can never be easy, no matter what you do
Death is sad, for those who cry
Death is meaningful, for those who die
Life is a work of art, it's nice to look
Life is full of teachings, like an open book
Death is the new life, might as well be dead
Death is a lot more, for what's up ahead
Life brings new things, always something new
Life brings surprises, something out the blue
Death is scary, nothing we want to see
Death is negative, a place we don't want to be
Life is full of love, with the ones close to you
Life is full of money, for those who sue
