The Crack of a Bone

It's a pivotal moment
The crack of a bone
A yelp of pain
A drawn-out moan

Whenever I see her
Another one cracks
Each limb is cut off
With the swing of axe

I just wait for the moment 
Where she chops off my head
Put an end to my torture
I'd much rather be dead

Make Me Whole

My heart is filled with fire
It's shaped just like your name
A dumping ground for love
Burned into ash of shame

Fueled by desire
Mixed with words unsaid
Half of me is broken
The other half is dead

Put out my searing heart
Fix my broken soul
Resurrect my body
Come and make me whole

The Liberation of Lunatics

Logic cannot save me
Only hysteria gives me hope
For my descent into depression
Ration has no rope

Valor cannot help me
Courage has no chance
Only delirium can save me
From the soft, demonic chants

No god has any power
Nor messiah any grace
Only the beckons of madness
Can save me from this place

Start Again

Dance away your sorrow
Laugh away your pain
May tomorrow start a new life
Each day unique in it's own way

Wash away your sadness
Sing away your rage
Climb out of the darkness
Onto life's awesome stage

Toss aside your grieving
But don't forget the pains
Life's too short to dwell on
The hurt of bitter games

Fractured

I can feel it from my gut
The raging cries of war
Pride loses to cowardice
I wish to live no more

Judge me by the Word
It's still just made by man
God has not forsaken me
He just didn't have a plan

My world's falling to pieces
The sun shines only back
If they never loved me
They wouldn't care if I came back

Don't Follow In My Footsteps

Fathom my depression
Understand my pain
The god that I once worshipped
Has only scorn unto his name

Evaluate my sorrow
Glance upon my sin
The footsteps that I leave behind
Need be avoided by all men

Don't wait for my redemption
Don't dwell upon my dreams
Just follow what you know is right
And you shall not be me

I Have No Reason

For what reason do I bother?
For what reason do I write?
Paper has no feelings
It cares not for my plight

For what reason do I bother?
What reason do I write
The audience that isn't there
Could care less about my strife

The only one to write to
Is my sad and lonely self
I guess I shouldn't bother
For this provides no help

The Day I Fell in Love

I fell in love one day
The day I broke my heart
By her beauty, my eyes drew up
But my hope fell from the start

Her hair flowed down like honey
And it glistened in the sun
Her eyes were emerald tears
And were shaped by artisans

She is the Angel of my Death
A mark upon my soul
She's the beauty that I can't forget
A love I cannot know
