Waiting Patiently

Patience is golden they say
At the end of the rainbow is a pot of gold
I've waited oh so long for you
You came, you went
You're back...so illusive
You said you would purge me and I wait
I want to make you as happy as you've made me
And I need you to understand how I truly feel
I'm almost at the end of my rainbow
You are my pot of gold
And still I wait patiently
