Dark Heart

Pain resides within  the Dark Heart, hidden away and only exposed when it's soul is overwhelmed and about to explode.

Raging waters, boundries pushed to the extreme, walls crumble and fall, as the power of the Dark Heart is set free.

Firey Passion, loves best friend all live within the Dark Hearts Den.

Run and hide, close your eyes, the Dark Heart of Fate lives within...

Songstress of Night

Hear the cherished songstress of night
Flying with stars shining bright
And within the moon's path
She flys, throughout my nights
Alight and sing sweet melody
And beautiful notes shall fill my ears
She is a minstrel of delight

Oh, sweet nightingale of the air
Rendering solace after despair
Awaiting my return after a days turn
Enlacing lyric in the breath of twilight
And silent she sits with day's anew
My vision, when I'm without sight
She's my cherished songstress of night

Ode To The Old

As a premature spring rain is born to an early March wind, a heavy heart carries unfulfilled dreams within my soul.
Rain falls steadily never to cease or console, as if only to circumvent my actions for a short while, contorting and adding more difficulty as the March wind howls and blows.
The mind wanders and reaches for a tiny fragment of youth as wrought iron rusts and a March wind swirls paying tribute to the Ode to the old.
Nearby trees yield to and fro, struggling to stand tall as the unforgiving wrath carries on.
Once supple hands are now crippled by an unforgiving touch of an ode to the old.

Enduring Farewell

Each time the wind ruffles the leaves in the trees outside and a distant bird sings, I see your face and hear your name.

As each day begins it's all I can do, to cope with your enduring farewell.

When the night sky appears I find
myself staring at the heavens and saying I love you over and over again.

A part of me has died with your enduring farewell.

No words ever meant so much, as when you said, 'I love You'.  Lying in bed at night, I cry sweet tears for you and it's all I can do, to cope with your enduring departure.

Each time the wind gently moves through the trees and a song bird sings it's sweet medley, I'll see your face and hear your name, because it's my way of dealing with your lasting farewell.

Raven Of One

Raven of one beckoning at the earliest of eve takes perch upon the black coal seam, disappearing into it's hollows, watching me  as the days light falls to the shadows.
What significance brings you guardian of the dead?  Does your piercing stares bring of bad news and despair, or is my soul lost and you're here to collect the fare?
Maybe it's me, nothing at all, just superstitious lore knocking upon my minds door.
Your laugh goes unheard as you began choking, sounding out, preaching the call for the arrival of deaths cold hand.
Raven of one of  the earliest of eve take wing and vanish from my sight.  Leave me neath  a star filled sky to ponder your reason   for flight and why you were watching me tonight.

Life's Justice

Life's cruel justice finds me yet, once again.......

Each day I rise to one more wrinkle neath my eye.  Each tell a story, that's written upon my face... A journey accepted many year ago and it continues today..One of obstructed paths and contradiction along the way...

Life's cruel justice finds me yet, once again.

My body lost to the pain of each passing night reaches into the blackness for resolve.

Life's cruel justice has found me again.

Enduring the pain has created chaos in my thoughts and within few remembered dreams.. 'It's difficult to say, the last time I dreamed.'

Life's justice has found me, and death, lies next to me as I struggle on the edge of the shadows of the dark, hoping death leaves my side and gives me, one more night.
