A Summer Breeze
The summer breeze now felt again,
the waiting has finally ended,
Time to relax, take a deep breath,
No more the days of stress and dread.
Feel the joy of passersby,
the merriment to feel too.
No homework nor quizzes,
stacked in there, nothinng left to do..
Now free again, are mind afloat,
for what plans lie ahead,
the fun awaiting everywhere,
the laughter left to apprehend.
The water is calling for us,
from the lakes to the seas,
the mountain now inviting us
a hike atop the peak.

A Broken Branch, A Fervent Tree
Such compassion and beauty be,
With the comfort strongly felt,
A friendship intensely made,
By the obstacles both sides have dealt.
I have no life without my other half,
No laughter unfeigned, no smile undelayed,
Immensely crafted into a bond,
So resilient and true, yet not dismayed.
I am a branch without a tree,
If I'm not with you, I fall, I am unbalanced,
You are my inner strength, my inner warmth,
A clandestine unglanced.
Such a friend you are,
A friend that one could never imagine,
A feeling of mirth and undeniable care,
As warm as a joyful grin.

They somehow bump into each other,
But then they ignore each other,
A short glance at each other,
as they glare at each other,
Then,
They move away from each other,
No longer there for each other...
See how everything changes in just one blink,
Change is the only thing constant, I think,
First you're happy, then depressed,
