I saw her in the mirror

She was right there
And waved back when I waved at her
I saw her in the mirror

I told her how badly I missed her
And that how bad my days were
I saw her in the mirror

I could see her crying
But no cries I could hear
I saw her in the mirror

She kept staring all the while
And then she came closer
I wanted to touch her
feel her
But she fell
and broke into pieces
and lay right there

She is like the silence
That flows on the moon
And she carries the aura of beauty
Wherever she goes

Full of joy and happiness
Eyes of diamonds
And a heart of gold

She is like the shining droplets of water
That fall from the sky
A smooth picture of light
Glorifies the beauty of her face

The memories of those blue nights
Are doing no good
I need no shelter
When I stand here and hurt myself
In this rain of fire

Those promises and dreams
You say, are now the past
Your words affect me no more
When I destroy my history

Tears don’t fall
Because the eyes now bleed
Bleed out all the love and trust
