Throughout This Short Life
Throughout this short life
We always thought about ourselves.
Never about the ones who went under the knife,
Nor about the ones who have no wealth.
Through the times tide,
We always ran for our materialistic needs,
Trying to shape out our worthless pride,
Never worked hard for a single good deed.
Never saw for the ones that cried,
Wants that never end.
Even if someone died,
It’s our pride that we want to defend.
