Living Off The Land
remember how we planned, to just live off the land
just the love 4m each other was our only need
money was just an object for those full of greed
recalling the days of our youth.all we needed was love n truth
remember how we would just lay around and plan
how we could just live off the land
ly on the dirt, that covered the earth
beneath an old oak tree.......just us snuggled 2gether
so happily....planned on living like that 4ever
looking high into the sky
to the stars twinkling so bright..bathing in the river by moonlight
or taking a walk along a beach
hand in hand
looking into the never ending sea
walking barefoot in the crystal sand
or resting in a field
picking berries for a meal
running and playing through the rows
where the corn grows
money was an object meant.......for greed

Deepest Depression (revised)
Staring at the walls...at the pictures that hang there
each photo...of it all
each step of our relationship..that started, with lust, wanting and care
the last picture that is hung
showing the ultimate happiness, of us being in love
I GET THE DEEPEST DEPRESSION
just staring at these things...
the photos on the wall
and the finger that holds my engagement ring
looking around the room, looking at it all
now just filled with dread, n, doom
the dieing roses in the crystal vase
marks the symbol..of the day
when it all was lost, n, went away
the photo album that we made
starts with the pictures of our 1st date, where it started
the last picture is of us, in love
3 days, b4 love was departed
is of the day you proposed, look at it, we are so in love

Dark Versus Light
darkness has fallen, yet i see a tiny speck of light
it has become a very quiet night, in spite, of whats to be in this ferocious fight
it never fails..evil some how always prevails
as it should
when we insist on being bad, instead of being good! ! ! !
in its every kind of harshness...in the total darkness
i shake and quiver as i see, what the eternal darkness has in store 4 me
evil takes a step closer and once again
its been..the same fight, for eons of nights
from the start of times, til times end
some sort of Armageddon
the angels take a giant step forth
they intend to fight for all we are worth
and so begins...the devils' ghouls vs angels' wars
the goodness intent of washing away, our evil sins
that are cast deep from within
as the evil raises their black and bloody swords
the goodness bless us by singing their angelic praise chords
as the ultimate fight begins, or the most evil of sins

EMBERS n a FIRE ABLAZE
MEMORIZING, how the embers are flickering
each flame seems to be dancing
wood thats crackiling 4m the heat
and both it and the fire are bickering
as to the charcoal we added, now is turning 4m black to grey
and the wood starts to burn slowly, as it withers away
ashes...flying all around...up high in the air
pieces fallen upon us, as they fall to the ground
ashes that now have turned to dust
as the fire flames leap high, and the fire is so alive
each spark has spoke, with the words made out of smoke
speaking the words....of my love and lust
as each wind gust
reinforces it over n again
the truth that lay on the tip of my tongue
i wish i knew, what to say..what ive been waiting
to say to you...but everytime i try to....
i freeze, and begin the hesitation
as each flame reaches high, headin 2wards the moonlit sky
