This Pain

Grasping for air
It's getting harder to breathe
My lungs collapsing
From this pain I cannot bear
This pain that's killing me slowly
Ripping me apart
Bringing me down
This pain that won't go away
I'm going through hell
Each day becomes harder
Trying to live through this pain
My hearts bleeding from these feelings
Drowning in crimson regrets
Suffocating under these emotions
Making happiness harder to find
And reason to live a waste of time
The days are harder to survive
When I'm feeling this pain

Maybe one day your world
Will crash around you
And what you wanted
Will disappear forever
I can only hope
You'll know what I went through

Maybe one day you'll feel
Used and abandoned
And your empty heart
Will ache unstoppably
I can only hope
You'll know what I felt

Maybe one day your life
Won't seem worth living
And every moment you shed
Will hurt more and more
I can only hope
You'll know my emptiness
