Christmas, Christmas

Whenever Christmas comes around
The people seem to be,
Full of love and brotherhood
as far as the eye can see.
Wouldn't it be much better
to act this way all year round
But Jesus is the reason
There's a Christmas.

Christmas, Christmas
Hear the angels sing.
He brought joy to the world
and salvation to all mankind.

Christmas cards and Christmas gifts
are everywhere in view.
Goodies and candy and stocking stuff,
the shoppers all wanting new.
They seem to miss just what it is
The greatest of all God's perfect gifts
