Sweet Bitter
You have seen the face
painted with the color of darkness
some inches down the neck
there is a hole
it pains you know

the pain of memory
the pain of craving
but there is a pain
which doesn't pain bitterly
it is sweet
this pain is born from that sorrow
which once
sung by me
heard by me
understood only by me

The Snow
The voice of the tree gets frozen
and the snow falls on the heart of the winter
it has been broken

darkness and rays
uneven proportion

the tree opens up it's branches
and moves upward to reach the sky
as if clouds are it's own
and the sunflower gazes
at the sun
day after day
with a strange kind of patience

No Fixed Address
what did I get by touching the womb of life
what comes and what goes
the tears I cried
came back as a mystic smile of life
the love sick tune of the nightingale
the burning midnight
just like a violin in tune
no nothing is left inside
I wear a song in my torn heart
loneliness o loneliness
i wear the ornament of desire
in the wide awake nights
what did I get?
what sheds and what blooms
whatever I have lost
become a malicious smell of past
