Devil Banker

take the money you have years to pay
take the money its the easy way
take 5yrs dont matter when you pay
take the money i will collect from you all one day

devil is waiting at the bank gates
wants your soul for the credit you take
money on the cheap for your soul
thats the price for the mortgage your sold
then take my house leave me out in the cold

the devil is the banker he hides behind the suite
lives in his office our soul he will recruit
promises of money on the cheap
but he will take interest he wants his pound of meat

Frog Prince

look at the frog so small and cute
top to tail in his green suite
never dry not always wet
every child wants one for a pet

only the newt for a friend
swim in the pond from end to end
deep under water breath held tight
look at him swim such a delight
hear him call all through the night
a prince in waiting a king by right

leaping high jumping long
for his size he is so strong
from lilly pads he loves to hop
as he hits the water plip plip plop

see him catch the fly swallow swallow
with a blink of his eyes gobble gobble
look at the frog so small and cute

Crazy Dave

He fronts the band so tall he stands his name is crazy Dave
He fronts the band this tall thin man his name is crazy Dave
Like a snake he moves to rock he groove yes that’s crazy Dave

He’s a rock man who fronts the band
He’s the rock man with the band
Play. Play. Play crazy Dave

Its rock and roll played from his sole
he’s scared to make a mistake
As he twists and turns the music burns
and the crowd start to rave.

Its all the same in his brain
As he plays guitar for fun
The riffs he strums as his guitar hums
Play. Play. Play. crazy Dave

The sounds are high his stings cry
As he hit those high notes

Boy And Man

he played his music
he played it for fun
he played his music for everyone

as he plays no one every asks his name
no mother no father it drives him insane
as he plays his music no one askes his name
no parents in this orphant game

he plays his music for the people
lonely busker outside the cathedral
we all know the one with the steeple

they clap they smile he escapes for a while
drunk with the music confused by their smiles
as the sounds carry him away
he finds a place he wants to stay
for a time people listen
but in his mind theres still something missing
