SpringTides
Several years ago
the purity of our youth
made it okay for us not to know.
The ambience of innocence
and the seasons moods,
perfected our mundane reality
of suppressed deludes.

The Affinity of Love
The shady winds of Heaven
Bitter, Sweet, and Cold
Reminisce like a moment
Emotions unfold.
One loves a loving dream,
If happiness is found;
For if a bird loves its nest
Like its nest loves its bough,
Then emotion in my dream
Is love I bear for thou.
Each night I lay awake
Staring at the sky;
To ponder my existence
And all that passes by.
I often sit with Time,
And we speak with only sighs.
