Rising Sun Blues

When I heard 'Rising Sun Blues'
for the very first time
I was twelve years old.
When I first heard
its mystical sounds
it was like a bomb blown up
somewhere
in the deep of my soul
and broke my heart to the tiniest pieces.
When I first heard
'The House of the Rising Sun'
I couldn't help crying
and wept so bitterly with all my heart.
And I didn't realize the reason of my tears.
And then
I picked up my dad's old guitar
and sang this song to feel it
again and again.
