A Cimmerian Night

Across the silken ocean
About to take a dive
Beneath the silent ocean
Along the vivacious tides
Till the break of dawn
Past the Cimmerian night
Underneath the surreptitious ocean
Beyond the world's sinister eyes
Aboard for an eternal voyage
To the coruscating sky
Where God keeps His Heaven
For which we all must die
Amid the blazing starlight
My soul shall rest in serenity
For God shall keep away the malevolence
Which on this Earth, a soul has seen
