The Calling Of The Trees
The wind.
The calling of the trees,
Whose leaves flow
Endlessly through the wind,
Calling the sound,
Of water,
Like waves
Of the beach.

My World Is All
With all of the world
In it's joy and it's grief,
My world is all that I feel
In it's joy and it's grief,
Of love's discovery
In one so sweet.
And knowing it's not mine
Forever to keep.
But what there is of
This wonderful world,
I will hold for as long
As it's sweet.
To do less would be
A coward's unending regret.
There will be no excuses
Or question of intent,
For I give it my all
And all is what's best.

Suddenly Silence
Where there was communication,
Suddenly silence.
Where there was conversation,
Suddenly silence.
Where there was interaction,
Suddenly silence.
Where there were possibilities,
Suddenly silence.
Where there was happiness,
Suddenly silence.
So where have you gone,
That suddenly you are silent?
What is your reason that
Suddenly you are silent?
How will I know why
You are suddenly silent?
Must I be suddenly silent, too?

that you are free to go.
The one who loves you wants you to be free.
No expectations
where none were given.
Just let yourself know that it's okay,
And it's a compliment
to your kindness to have touched
This Heart
