In Heaven's Delight
Good night, good night,
In Heaven's delight.
Sleep tight, sleep tight,
Tomorrow is bright.

Last Winter Day
Softly raining,
Chilling cold,
Spring on hold.
Tomorrow brings
Sun again,
Spring arrives.

Too Priceless
Sorry if I scared you
But I needed my say
The loss of your friendship
Was too priceless to pay.

Fog Bank
Fog bank greys the oceanside's day
While sun shines bayside bright
Upon the waters.

Lost Words
Waiting for the day
To find the words
That are put away.
Saved for future time,
For future say,
To be rhymed.
Vibrations that play
In mind and Heart
The words that will stay.

Not Sleeping
Sleep may come
Sleep may go
Sleep is good
But I'm not
Sleepy enough
To stay in bed
Because my mind
Is not at rest.
Yet it's not going
At full speed
Just a Gentle hum
Thinking of you some.

So Vulnerable
I need to choose.
I need to believe.
The truth in your eyes,
The truth in your kiss,
The truth in your words,
The truth in your Heart.
I need to know.
I need to trust.
The truth in your tears,
The truth in your lips,
The truth in your mind,
The truth in your love.

Distance Stretches Time
The distance stretches time.
Thoughts of you warps the veneer
Of my present self,
That exists in my
'Normal' state of being.
No real touch of you
But real memory of your touch,
And touching you.
Pictures in my memory,
So real that space moves
As 'you' pass by.

Redbud Peeks
Redbud peeks
Beyond the showy white dogwood.
The wet Spring breeze blows soft,
As the thick smoke clouds race low across
The unseen sky.
Rust pink maple seeds
And Spring green leaves,
Shudder among the dark green pines.
The whistling wind and waving tawny grass
Bid the last Winter cold, 'Be gone! '
Let the warmth of Spring day sun arrive. 'Goodbye! '

Not To Be Heard
You do not want to hear this.
It is Truth that should be told.
But this Truth would change your Heart.
And a Truth you cannot hold.
It is Truth within my Heart.
A Truth that would make you leave.
For the pain my Truth would cause
Would make you to not believe.
So I must face Truth alone.
Leave it not for you to see.
To be secure in it's fact
And to keep it, for only me.
