Giorgio Veneto

Tall like a scythe

All strange calls want to decry,
as my delusion will comply,
with blossoming my Crimson free,
splatter my odd kind of entity.

My winds are blowing benign,
every invitation a lonely sign,
of an afternoon's sunset toll,
or an alliteration's deign call.

My calls a sea gull's bluish flight
I invited you in lonely bight,
My role in life in vain Crusades,
orderly guided Angels Brigades.

I value my solitude in causes lost
One Apocalypse of imposed frost,
that fails to promote my crying
to iced lines of deathly line.

Society is gawky

Our sensitivity, deeply infused, betrayed
a cosmos deposition mild upon the asphalt,
twas our child of knowledge that swayed,
and from thine arms fell oblong, by fault.

Our child vertically fell, down the Kawasaki,
and broke a leg wickedly, society is gawky!

I did not blame thee, for being offhanded,
as thy left hand held a slice of hot pizza,
munched; holding our child single-handed,
O; a dismal pizza man was an evil creature.

Inactive was my brain because that slice,
was the only one left from a large special,
after two six-packs I burp in grim demise,
as of thy Cosmos I am a mere terrestrial;

Our child vertically fell, down the Kawasaki,
and broke a leg wickedly, society is gawky!

Spiked Prize

The rain started with a thunderous racket,
heavily the downpour was hitting my head,
and you were late; I, in my bombers jacket,
was waiting anxiously, your spikes tread.

And there! You appeared stumbling in grace
- this beautiful maid, rain avoids to wet,
I smile, you smile, approaching in lace,
and I admire your acrobatic walking fret.

Like a dream! You approach smiling in rain
I smile! This historical moment to enjoy,
my rained feelings tangle in your wet mane,
these high heels make you the Helen of Troy!

I aptly run, on top the shoreline's quay,
lightnings strike around me, of Zeus wrath,
I vigorously extend my rendezvous bouquet
to you who smiles rainy, stumbling on path.

Our Waltz

Our Waltz

Your face, conceived upon my path,
time counts my solitude and scath,
invites my thoughts cold oblivion,
larval thorned crowned, dominion.

Comely, I wonder on empty street,
my calls abound; an echo to repeat,
decisive my mind to extend above,
augments my solitude, a past love.

Dominion of demised cries, secant,
empty of culprit, consensual descant,
an emptiness of smiles, to conflate,
to immortalize mist, sun to waste.

Embellish your appearance, I wait;
outside a conceived feast to oblate
and lead the first dance; fugacious

Undiluted rain

Undiluted were the tears she shed,
staring to far, as doves fled in pairs,
dusk descended amid broken affairs,
the silence was dense; my one wed.

It was September, the first of rain,
after the harvest, the maids passed,
with persistence the clouds amassed,
drops falling randomly to our refrain.

So she belonged to mizzle's Autumn,
our glances crossed, curious, well set,
powerful of a coincidence, as we met,
first rain formed an uplifting column.

She wore black, of stored grievance,
all hearths lost kin in freedom's war,
in nineteen hundred ten, and before;
our eyes dueled, she stared askance.

Prometheus Monody

Attacked by vultures chained on a Caucasus crag,
A memory of waving emotions, his flame to drag,
adornments grace an altar, re-embraces of souls
Pandora's icon on his goals, embellishment of odds.

Investing in an one-role tragedy clothe, Styx mantle
Or even more exploding in altering strophes, a candle
Gods burned out! To beautify a vast emptiness in sky
or maybe so astounding he would be in a nimble flying.

Amazing monody... Exploding in parallel worlds valor
Each death of soul a trinkle, for this impertinent ardor
Each death of internal confessions, in trails of trains
As we encountered a path too steep, our sins to explain.

Who in worlds of symbolism transfers him diligence?
No warmth in immaculate sins, birds above congruence
His Olympian vision, a dance of ghostly Nymphs dismay
baths for it in twelve troughs, in twelve graves he 'll lay?

Listen Mother

Routes of an empty cause got idolized by you,
who expected my next miracle, to emerge true

Equatorial starry skies my light, in darkness,
and I trusted your words in colder vastness,

Away from enthalpy, a rudder to pilot in storms,
in Northern Ranges a nautilus of deathly cross

to wear around my cause and all missed sins
alive solitude in my dreams, and my routines,

working hard to prove myself to me, star quilt,
the winds to cry, oppress my sobs, and guilt,

and dreams, and you upon the emptiness of frost,
dimmers of light, causes lost, your face foremost,

Listen Mother! There is a gate to the open whole
of a celestial call! !

Trilogy

Iridescent she came before the light of dawn,
fromward this world or my doomed outcase;
'Let me show you love in my eyes and ways,
before death turns me back to granite stone.'

We embraced while the wind raced moaning,
strings of lost lives joined outside of grief;
there was a hope left after the arcane Nymph
fled East, towards the first light of morning.

Deplorable, sinister children of metamorphosis,
with vociferous hoarse calls, values degraded,
membranophones of death, ominous invaded,
dark cadence to enact, my meter of apotheosis.

They cut me thrice and once as I slaughtered,
grotesque barbarians, fought me entranced;
I prayed to see her refulgent sight enhanced,
monstrous horrors descended and a twilit bird.

Yellow bubbles

Suddenly the world appeared plain
and people's faces, gray rained smears;
I ordered a pepperoni pizza again,
Sunday noon order with a couple of beers!

I recalled a friend of years before,
(one of Emily Dickinson, poetic types) ,
dancing in rain, walking on shore,
watching on sunsets the color stripes.

I am pizza stricken! Is this my fate?
Is it a precognition of what to come?
Above me low, black clouds of late,
turned me to chew a huge bubble gum.

The accumulated rain restarted to pour,
the moment I thought of our e-mailing;
my carelessness denied an umbrella or
a yellow raincoat I have for sailing.
