Home, sweet home of mine
I have missed for twenty-years
And mum is getting no younger
I should be home by now
But do I return home
When I have not achieved height?
What do I say to old friends
Who will say to me:
What have you brought for old
Friends you left behind.
Twenty years is a long time
To be away from home
And yet not not achieve height.

You have killed the Shame in Man

Insanity, what incredibility!
If for a munite you can lose sanity
And dance naked, for public
entertainment,
How much would earn for your
government?

Oh insanity, what an impudence!
You have killed the shame in man,
I have seen men walk through
streets uncladded,

And who have cared to give them garments,
To cover up their own nakedness.

Lagos Island [The Fighters]

Another day on lagos Island
Two boys fighting on their
Local dryland.
I wondered who started the
Conflict still,
But there they are entwined
in each others grip,
Out from blue comes a man
With a horse' whip;
Struggled to pull his way
Through the audience' stare
As he came, in awe, the
Audience' glare;
And two fighters took to
their heels, and fled.

Lay your life in mine
My love,
Humans we are,
But love brings
Us closer, and closer
Time and age burn away
Beauty and Strength,
But not love; divine love;
Love of a kind.

When I die tomorrow
Will I also confine
in limbo?
Before Christ I have

come to give but
sorrow;
As men live and

I told you I was in love,
But you laughed and

I Speak For Hell

Speak for Hell my dear
As I speak for Hell,
Follow my steps and lets
Quench forever our thirst.
Lets enjoy the pleasure,
As we consumate our treasure.
We are bound for Hell
As we disengage from righteousness,
The Abrahamic Religion said,
But if Hell in inevitable,
Like Religious hipocrites said,
Then what do I care for my share
As we all sit in Hell's table?

A Woman Dying

In a room, bedridden in pain,
And death lurking at the gate,
She lay there dying.
No one could see the tears
she's crying.
The husband sent out the
daughter
Who came back with a bottle
of medicine that is bitter.
I hope this will make you
feel better.
But that cancer is growing
even larger;
We should take her to a hospital;
But from where will I find
the naira?

I know you're the best undisputed
Your beauty and charm uncontested
Your curly hair like a Roman goddess
I even heard you fly with God's angels.
But can we still be friends?
I mean best friends.
I know I cannot climb those steps
You're too far ahead
But I would be the best
If I could have a place between
your legs.
