Times Like This

At such a time as this
When you could not but
Sit and ponder your life past
And wonder what it could
all mean.
How your country could
Fail you so, how sorrow have
decided to be your best friend.
How you would look at your
Life presently and find hope
So far away from your reach.
.
At time like these, life isn't fair.

You have Killed My Dreams

Make no sound, speak not
In your heart, my love lies.
And I can see it too in your eyes.
Your eyes, flashes this light
In my heart, in my life,
And showed me the way
To the path, the path
I must follow.
.
Speak not, make no sound.
You have done the deed,
You have killed the dreams,
My dreams,
And gave me new ones.

Friends I have Hurt

I can look the sun in the face
But the friends I have hurt
I dared not look at any
Yet I have held you in my arms
Shared with you trust and time
Devouring thesame dish,
Drunk as soon on tea as on wine.
Regrets make me seek for
Atonement each time
Yet to look at you now
I dared not,
Though I Can look the sun
In the face.

How Many Heavens

How many heavens
Are there? If not hell
What would I care.
Does your religion
Speak for heaven?
Well I speak for hell
Fate of many a Christian
(Many a Moslem)
The Abrahamic Religion
What does it tell about hell
(About this world with end)
Well, I like the veil on your head,
It tells of your holiness
(Your wickedness perhaps)

She Died

She died,
And I saw the loved ones cried
Right on her mother's arms she slept,
And not a word she said when she left,
Or if at all to return.
I missed the way she walked;
How she talked.
And the mother, she's getting no younger,
Can she bring forth another daughter?
A daughter to soothe the pain
This daughter left behind her.

The Prostitute [ I desire her ]

At night she hawks;
Her pride hidden
Between her thighs.
And I desire her.
.
At corners of
red-light districts;
Her comrsdes,
together with her,
Flaunting their wares,
Caught my eyes.
And I desire her.
.
Till dawn, she
Does her trade,
Giving to every me,
Ready to buy,
The forbidden fruit,
.
And I desire her,

I don't like Lines that Rhyme

In my lines
They all think
I rhyme,
But I cry.
I cry
For lost
Of my right.
In my mind
I know I don't
Like lines
That rhyme.
All I know
I'm not afraid
To die
For my right,
Cause if today
I die
Tomorrow
I shall rise.
With Christ

Your Life, My Life

Your life in days
Love was prevalent
My life in days
Hate is a norm
I wish I knew you
All my life
But then you came along
And it was too late
For I cannot love again
I have given all
My love out
I gave my love
To daughters of eve
And I get in return
Nothing but scorn
Even from those
I sacrificed my time,
My money, my life
And my everything.

Love is truly blind

Truely love is blind,
truely Im in love
and yet, truely I can
See very clearly.
Love is blind when
The heart falls in love,
But still love can
be four sighted
when the head is in love.
Love can bring pain,
but I need happiness,
so I decide not
to fall in love anymore.
I want to give love to all,
but i dont want love
for it brings me pain.

Mary of the Church

Mary of the church
The only human I believe
In is you
At both end is my faith
Like almighty God the creator
You never lied
And did I sin against you?
Only then like the prodigal son
Of the holy book
I will come to you
And say: My dear Mary of the church: I have sinned
Please forgive and
Take me back into your arm
For in you I Find
My fortitude.
