To every true love
There is no question
A doubt never felt
For true love
Has no wants or needs
That are not felt
By the one they love so dear
For to beg is to slay

Forever Friend
Seems you've been there forever
Since we were just kids
Me with that goofy look
You with that special grin
Oh how the years have gone before us
Going our separate ways
For one of God's reasons

I really didn't see it coming
The pain I put you through
All those lonely nights
When I wasn't there for you
I can feel the pent up anger
The hate that's consuming you
I guess I lost my chance at heaven
By the hell I put you through
If we could start over again
Would we feel the same
Or would the past kill any chance
Of ending any other way

Candles in the grotto
Flickering in the night
Hoping God will see them
On this cold and lonely night
For they are the prayers of many
Who are hurting and afraid
Wishes from so many
That only the Lord and His mother

God' S Given Me Two
Two eyes to see when you are hurting
Two lips so I can talk with you when you are lonely
Two ears so I can sit and listen to you when no else
seems to care anymore
Two arms to wrap around you when you need comforting
Two hands so I can help you do things you no longer able to do
Two legs so I can come to you in your time of need
Two feet so I can follow you when you need someone by your side

Oh how sad the words that are red
Of the blood and unhappiness
All this sadness for all so young
Even though there lives have just begun
What has happened to this earth
That so many want life ended just as it's begun

Let Go Joyfully
There comes a time
In everyone's life
When you have to let go
Of something in life
That you love dearly
In order for it to go on living
For if you hang on
You strangle the what little life is left in it
Leaving no chance of ever enjoying,
Those special feelings ever again
For you may never know
When the circle of life
May bring that special something or someone,
Around again to enjoy once more

Living On Memories
Living on memories
For in real life
No one really cares
Going back to yesterday
When life and love was real
Running from the pain inside
Don't quite understand
Why it never took a hold
Through many times we tried
Seemed to only go so far
Then it would wither and die
Rising up from the grave
To the hope it would bloom
We tried to make it work again
But it never went our way
