I know that He's
Out there
Just beyound my reach
I listen for the answers
In church as they preach
For His words are the clue
The cross is the answer
Is what He said to me

How sad it is to say goodbye
To a friend before it's time

What Is Love
As the power of the sun warms the earth
Love sets the heart on fire
Like a breath of fresh air
It revives the soul
For as the warm spring rains
Wash away the last dirty snows of winter,

I look but do not see
I listen but do not hear
I want to but I can't
There is hurt but no pain
It is day but I can't see the the light
For my life is full of darkness
I eat but do not hunger
I am in a crowd, but I still feel alone

I may not know who you are
For I have even lost myself
But one thing I know for curtain
The Lord has saved me a space

I do not fear death,
I fear life

Some love's were never meant to be
They became nothing more
Then names carved in a tree
Never standing the test of time
Catching a only the eye
Of some passer by
Making them wonder did it ever grow?
Larger then the tree
