Days fill with colour
As the dawn breaks on another day
Clear skys, not a cloud in the sky
Vibrant blue skys
Warmth fills the air from a winter sun
A gleaming shape floats by
Colours catch my eye
Parrots all the colours of a rainbow
Chatting all day about whatever
Maybe it is laughter

Happiness in life each year now,
Takes brute strength, like pushing a cow,

The spider spins an intricate web around life,
A magic web now is around life

Human nature is the key to a good heart,
I think the mother is a symbol of compassion,
And has taught us the value of compassion,

There are hills that surround a city,
I do not know if everyone loves these hills as I do,
From a child to an adult, I traveled the roads of these hills,
Through all seasons these hills are inviting, to a city dweller,
There are hills that surround a city,
In summer these hills can be dangerous,
Bush fires, the enemy of all,
But a friend at times,
Trees and plants re-shoot after bush fires,
Foe to animals and residents,
Cool nights, bring summer breezes to these hills,
Autumn colours surround the hills,

Feast No Longer On Heartbreak Or Loss
I sit on the waters edge trying to catch a cool breeze,
While the hot sun pours down on my heart,
