Couldn't Save Me

You couldn't hold on
so I had to let you go
it just got so damn hard to fight
how I started to feel
and the pain started to show
where nothing here with you was real
and I couldn't make it through
another night

My tears for you froze
that no longer fall anymore
as my heart turned to stone
you were always here close
but I always felt so alone
you couldn't save me and now I'm gone
leaving what I couldn't take nomore

As Love Decayed

When I'm here alone
and in the shade
my dreams turn to dust
and the roses fade
the jester like a fool
has been played
I remember you
and the promises made

But the days go as they must
as a heart turns to stone
just look at the waters
and see how we grown

The tears fall as you have shown
and all that reamains is gone
their is no more trust
as love decayed
but still I know I'll find paradise

Summer is only a climpse
of your beauty
for you will always be the sun
that shines for me

And when the day is done
the stars shine above
you are all that I see
my shining love

Through the dark of night
and days of pouring rain
your love is never in vain

Spirit

Lost outside my soul
feeling I had nowhere to turn
or anywhere left to go
I closed my heart on forgiveness
only to find darkness
just watching my days burn

Walking away from the light
that tried to guide me
I found myself alone
full of sadness
with no love in sight

Then you touched me from within
and set my Spirit free
showed me I wasnt on my own

The road I choose is my own
I follow no one
each day is my own destiny
as I walk through the unknown
of life's journey

I am not a puppet
tied to your strings
or a slave
trapped in your world of lies
of your false religion
hiding behind your disguise

I am my own person
without greed and temptation
this world brings
I hold no regret
for the things I have done

A Lonely Autumn

I was walking
listening to nature
while she was talking
suddenly I heard your voice
whispering in the wind
as beautiful as a song
I never wanted to end

I turned around
to hold on to your hand
you were no where to be found
just your name
written in the sand
and your face in a summer sun
that's been gone for so long

Wolf Warrior

I look at my own reflection
and see inside who I am
a wolf warrior I become
the mightiest of my clan
I see my true soul

With knowledge and wisdom
I teach the inner man
to walk the path as me
in the right direction
and open his eye's to see
what is truelly meant to be

Protecting all that is sacred
I will guide you through
teaching all you need to know
as you become a part of me
and I become a part of you
walking where others fear to tread

Angel's Fall

Emptiness follows me
just like a shadow
that's cast on a wall
reflecting a dark past
that won't set me free
trapped inside myself
of what came to be
I watch Angel's fall

Looking through stained glass
at the things that would never last

my place of serenity

Losing my sense of reality

Wanting to hold you

I woke to the rising of the morning sun
reached out wanting to hold you
only to realize you were gone
and you won't be coming home

Listening to the sound of the wind
blowing through the chimes
bringing back the memories of you my friend
taking away the times
wanting to hold you again

Looked up to the sky
to see if I could see you fly
with every angel passing by
while my heart bleeds and turns to stone
