Depression, everyday is fighting
knowing exactly what it takes
to keep my love for Him
to stay in His cold, rough embrace

New love, new affection
one that is SO sweet
having this new love
everyday is a wonderful treat

Depression's time is almost up
He'll break my heart
to make me stay
before my new love starts

Depression's Hold on Me

I can see Depression
He's off in the distance
calling for me with open arms
wanting me to come

I try to resist as much as I can
but He's signing the hypnatizing song
A song that I heard several times
and can never resist, no matter what

Finally came in my Depression's arms
full of pain and hurt, along with blood
all the things i know and love
feeling safe in His arms once more

He's leading me out
Dark and solitude place
putting a razor in my hand
motioning me to cut

Unable to Compare

i can say these words throughout my life
to the very moment that i die
and yet it still wont compare
to the love that i shared
with only you, my love

i say these words all the time
i say these words through rhyme
still you wont be able to comprehend
how much i love you through time and time again
i love you, my love

if i must i will die
saying these words for the last time
to prove to you
that my love was very true
