My dearest friend how can I tell you.
Your love is going far far away.
I can see why you are now so blue.
If only I could find the right words to say.
He's not coming back to you so he said,
Yet your heart will not let him go.
My dearest friend I wish it was I instead.
To watch you like this I hate this so!
There are no real choice of words I know this,
How can we even try to mend a broken heart.
Forever you will remember that gentle kiss.
The very feeling of love from the start.
I feel so for you that I too cry hard inside!
But time will heal these tears you now cry.

The dream I had frightened me
I couldn't help but ponder all day
Trying hard to the find the answers
They somehow never came my way

I recall another place dim and cold
You reached for me in such fear
How I wanted to be with you
Instead shadows made you disappear

Assorted mask on faces I recall
Someone started laughing out loud

Here with your loving eyes as they stare
Soundless words your mouth doesn't perform
Seeing you stand there all but a smile
Bitter you are because of your form
Your so unsure of what will be
As you lay your head down to sleep

You dream of love in a different way
Yet you know not much about it
Those affections you give are golden
But so confused you refuse to admit

Secret love of mine how I think of you
I dream of your very touch hot as fire
When will we meet again I must know
In agony I wait for you in such desire
The magic you use I'll never know
This spell is way beyond compare
I must have you once again my love
Dream I do about all the love we share

The days are short and so very lonely

Your muscular body had no threat
Yet you try so hard to be strong
How you fool yourself with lies
I will tell you your very wrong

Perhaps you haven't done the math

Yours is a little small stem

A woman will never tires out at all

It seems like only yesterday
When we played under the sun
Swimming and skinning knees
Endless times of childhood fun
We planned for the next day
Climbing hills and tall trees
Laughing and running about
Rolling in a big pile of leaves

Those Tom boy ways I laugh
Building forts and playing ball
Riding bikes and skating away

A wise man once told me
There is no reason to regret
He said life is way too short
Why must we always fret
I watched his eyes and smiled
He had answers and truth
The story he told me one day
