Phoenix
It feels like,
A Phoenix has risen from the flames.
I watch its wings flutter,
But it can't erase,
the pain that its carrying,
as it tries so hard.
It ca't escape the fiery tongues.
I watch them lick,
and consume it.
And theres no trace,
of its struggle left,
except the tears of pain,
that splashed;
sending ripples,
through my veins.
