In the Same Cell
(They are Tamils. I am a Sinhalese in same country called Sri Lanka.)
They murmur and exchange
In their own mother tongue
I was a dumb person
Because of the language
I talk
In my tongue
He reacts and learns
As he knows little bit
In the same cell of same act
Between the death and life
We passed time without a meaning.
Looks at me
Makes change and
Closes with loyalty
Clearing face with smiles
Thereafter
We

My English Teacher
At the grade three
A new teacher came
Around her table
A queue we were all in
Having exercise books on our hands
To get written our names on it
Twining with aroma of her perfume
Let the mind not go back to the bench
My English teacher
Not like other teachers
Wearing new dresses
Pleasant smile with snazzy
I bought a double rule book
To write proper English letters
Putting the alphabet of base
Following day had a message

Refugee Moon
You are like me
Who haven't a way to go
And to stay
Wondering aimlessly
I have seen you
In my home country
Even before sun set
Hiding and peeping
Watching out to encage
Into the growing darkness
But I couldn’t identify
You are as a refugee.
At the terrible time
Escaping from my death
During the swash buckling things
Happening in white nights
I turned up to

The time will come
Dark and silenced night
Surrounded me with a light
Aroused the past away I kept
No one knows I have a threat
Closed windows and doors by myself
I am the guard ever paid for myself
Keys are on the top of the books self
How did the past come at twelve half?
Extinguished inside lamps one by one
Before the last time of church bell rung
Without one in front nearby home
Everything was quite and to me no calm
Bed is aside alone as same unprepared
Some books are on the table unclosed
Ticking the clock like a ghost reminded
Sitting on the chair the past questioned

Man of Necrophilia
In appearance of unpredicted
A slim body and
Layer lacquered head
Smile mixed with evil
He is in prison in a special cell
An assassin of suspicious
Evidences disappeared
Waiting impatiently to shake off
And aiming to avenge the rest
Crappy famous inherited life
Claggier and compulsive mind
Bereaved conscience of many cells
Penitence married approaching to saturation
A thug and a burglar in profession
A former soldier escaped from the army
Among the gang, he is the man to shoot home
Arrogant mind enlarged by that belief

No More Rely On
The dawn wakes up
With crowing songs of cocks
The Sun puts on its dress
For the journey
People are on the hop
To end up the day
The Sun doffs stepping in to the cave
People offload the burden for a relax
I, you and they want to
Pass the day, week month and year
For goals, aims and hopes
How long have I done
How long have you done
The same phenomena
Without fighting with the time
In day today sense

The Sun
THE SUN
You are glorious
Powerful and supper
Controlling everything
Capture into the hand.
Fauna and Flora
Make the process of photosynthesis
in order to your command
Breasts and Creepers
Subjected to your rule
Human beings too accept the regime
and accustomed to
their day today lives
All think
Existence is because of you
System centralized into the hub of you
And you are the God for them

Berlin Wall
Berlin Wall
Divided, divided; world was divided
Great Chinese wall was broken by artillery bullet
Great wall of among two worlds was broken
Berlin wall broke and collapsed
Keeping ruins of
Broken wall of Berlin
Remnants seen by stopping
Broken heart burnt
Boundary of black and white world
Shows the whole picture
When looked at by white color world
Everybody is silent
Blackness of the red world
Come and see from the eye of west
Even there are no positives

To the Daughter
The time it was insisted
In torrential rain of thunder
To exile and to say good bye
You may have not known
The things were happening
For now is the same
You may not know
The things are happening
Being with you, almost two months
Beside of symbol of paternal
What we could share
You laughed and cried
I tried to feed you
Having held in hand
In the night I showed you
Uncle Moon and brothers of stars
I think you learnt

Electronic President
My dear countrymen
I am the president
Electronically elected
By the power of by force
Such a habit
I was given last time
By my enemy friend
This is the global world
Soul and body digitalized
Logic and reason passed away
People are not the element of democracy so far
You people voted secretly
How one can say whether you didn't vote me
Though you people not believed me
I believe you
That is why
I am consulted
