The whisper of your name crossed the night
In a gentle breeze a reminder became mine-
O'er this star spangled galaxy of midnight
Long past decades O' time;
A spiritual union of love we were

Magical-mystical first love divine-
The Northern Lights claims you as best;
Golden in extent and all reason
From era's of love over spent

Merry-Go-Round
Oh how yesterdays carosel still makes me swoon
Dizzying attitudes surround the brass ring
Contrary lessons in the music once played
Up and down-round and round-the circles they sing;
But i walked right back into the middle
Of the carnival of life i had left far behind
Circuitous-ceramic ponies-gold embellished
Flavored with a new kind of rhyme;
The Betty's of those days gone by
Have reinvented their carnie names
Now we have Patricia's and Beverly's
Still ever hungry for the inheritance game;
Oh the carosel-still makes me dizzy
But i am no ambassador to its thrill
Legal mumbo jumbo cannot hold a candle
To the strength of my die hard will;
I am not casting aspersions you know
You chose to run the carosel again in the rain
Ring around the posey was supposed to be fun
But what it has brought are torrents of pain;

It seems like Light Years ago
That sweet innocence
Like a flower in the bud
Growing in new existance
Fresh and un-flawed
Beauty and angelic substance
In the Garden unmarred
Basking in the sun with no resistance
Where oh where did i go?
It all happened so fast
One day i was pure growing tall
The next-plucked way to fast
Put in a vase amongst other flowers
Of equal or very close age

Snake In The Grass
We do not know your method...
As of yet, it is unclear
Like a snake in the grass, you move
Filling us full of crap, my dear! ! ! !
Can feel it, when under the influence...
As the blood pressure truly soars
Heart beat is rapid and irregular
Yet you continue on with more and more;
How many trips to the doctor will it take?
How many tests on our food and drink?
What will it take to make you stop?
If you have a conscience-what do you think?
Call it whatever you want but its criminal
For now we will just call it crack cocaine
And WE WILL get the proof that is needed...
Even if, this all causes a world of pain;
What is it that you are after?
Because you have achieved at making people ill
Were you hired by Mr. West Coast-Boston?

New York City is hoppin'
The Big Apple is Candy-Red
Times Square is quite an affair
Never mind the thoughts slinking outta our heads;
The lights of broadway are neon flashin'
The Rocketts are doin' their dance-
New York City is hoppin'

The Big Apple has called out to me

Bountiful harvests compliment you-beloved;
So rich with the gathering bounty...
Your wheat and corn fields are most plentiful... indeed--
Garning the corn 'tis nigh;
We two are within these fields--
Aglow with love...
Our hearts never more sure;
Explicit in our very dreams---
We dance to the rhythm of our hearts...

My Days of Wine and Roses
A Tangerine sun glazed The Travis Vineyard
While the Deep Purple haze, just glowed
The aroma's from all of the picked grapes
Filled Napa's Colored-flavored show!
The Valley 'tis filled with a bounty
Of future vino's of varying kinds
Aged and then tingled to the palate
'Tis Ambrosia, most divine, from the vine!
The succulent grape and its splendour
Shines the California's-near-by coast
The valley, itself, 'Tis a purple Wonder
Growing the most primo for its hosts
Perhaps a wine tasting party?
Hmmmm, wonder, if The Gallo's might attend?
It will truly be a celebration
As the days of Wine, are just 'round the bend!
