I did a crash course in my late twenties — I was confused about what I was doing. My therapist was very reassuring. We just need to know that what we are doing isn’t wildly off the Richter scale.
I take care of my looks to some extent because of what I do. But I don’t feel any pressure to look a certain way. I suppose that I try to keep myself as neutral a canvas as possible.I don’t want to be too recognisable for the way I wear my hair or the colour of my lipstick.
