This Is Our Last Parting Handshake 2011

this our last parting handshake,2011

&

this is our last parting handshake-

there is absolutely no chance of meeting you,

31.12.2011 and 2011

when you fade into the dim tunnels of ' time '

you had spoken to me through the skies

the wind, the sun, the water, the stars

and the earth which bears all my atrocities-

you had been kind to me, harsh at times,

The 'tweet Tweet' Call Of Drongo

the 'tweet tweet' call

&

the 'tweet tweet' call 'in pairs'
from the sweet throat
of the split-tailed black dra[o]ngo
in bold postures on slender branches
matches the whispering calls
of a love in tender dreams
on a moon-flooded night!
what an aquiline shape
with a lengthy forking tail
god has blessed this bird with!
a pleasing feast for eyes
as it unfolds and tucks in
its graceful wings fanning designs
in short, sudden and swift flights
composure calm and bearing elegant
intermittent notes in melody soaked,

The Playful Breeze's Pleasant Acts

The playful Breeze touching me softly passes on;
Tells sweet tales in hush-hush voice in my ears;
Removes all my weariness with its healing hugs;
Calls me to close my eyes to sing my dear melodies;
Plucks all my stresses to toss away off its way;
To every tree it does have a story full of joy;
The peepul tree laughs heartily clapping its million palms;
The neem tree tosses up its bushy boughs bursting forth in glee;
Enjoys on the swings of sky-scrapping coconut trees;
Plants sweet kisses on the lips of all tiny blooms;
Dances merrily clasping the hands of tender creepers;
Carries on its back the blissful loads of colourful birds;
The green fields are in ecstatic thrills of swirling joys;
O the Nature is in absolute joyeverywhere today;
Hey folks! of your house-prisons do rush out all;
Let us do jolly jigs on riverside sands with the Breeze!

Hı. Bırd of The Sprıng Season, What is your name / [ Part -5 ]

My repeated queries to one and all
Yield no result and i am exhausted
Every one blink with wide eyes
Even outwitting a seasoned owl!

We know the edges of coins
Even if perfectly blind-folded!
But who here would know
Your pretty worthless name?

Call me 'mad' and make fun of me
And aim on my back derisive looks
My faith in them has gone forever;
And no more would i ask for your name!

Even the name given to you
By these tasteless people casually
Would not suit you perfect
And not match your beauty and spirit!

Hi..bird Of The Spring Season, What Is Your Name? [part-1 ]

HI, bird of spring! what is your name?

HI, wonderful bird!
What is your name?
Like a lonely boat on a silent lake-
As a solitary cloud on a solemn sky-
You glide on the gentle winds
To enthral my eyes and heart!
The colourful displays
On your cheerful wings
Fill every crevice of my heart
With the nectar of full moon!
A moment of bliss
You graced my heart;
But the moment next
Vanished in a trice
Into the inviting dense grove
Like a winged lightning!
Realising my disappointed look
Closely following your flight

O Naughty Child.! [ part-6 ]

[ Part-6 ]

Numerous pranks
Restless you author!
Yet when we remind
Your masterpiece
And entreat reenactment
With throbbing hearts..
You stoutly refuse
And mutilate our noses
In presence of
An expectant gathering
And rob us of
Our boastful moments-
We cut sorry figures
In front of guests!
We rain plausible theories
For your emphatic head-shakes-
You remain the focus of attention
With no damage to reputation!

O.Naughty Child.! [part-1]

-[part-1]-

O..naughty Child..!
White-hearted Autocrat..!

My mind vessel brims with plans;
Ready myself to deeds from thoughts;
Your sudden scream
Shattering skies spills my schemes;
Thrashes my peace
Breathless to graveyard!

Whirl around in cyclonic rage
In red-shot eyes;
Patience hurtles down
Into chasms of intolerence;
Twitch my face out of shape;
To blast your back
I rush my heels in tsunamic speed!

Farthest of my Farthest Spheres

Mother launches me
Out of her womb
On to this world
Amidst flames of pain
And torrents of pain!

Mother alone
Is my star I
I spin around
In tight circles
For all my needs!

Slowly and steadily
A host of things
Fascinate my fancies
As days rush past me
Planting seeds of desires !

I kick my orbit
At its waist;

Is It That Call?

is it that call?

&

quite often i become piteously pithless

both of the body and the mind-

is it that call?

nearer? or far-off?

the old age murmurs.

'quite unlike those days'-

the verdict of the mind

pricks as a thorn-

O Town And City To Down And Pity !

O TOWN AND CITY TO DOWN AND PITY

O towns and cities!
If anything goes amiss
In your arteries and veins
Town would tumble 'down'
And city would be a'pity'!
Even the winds have no knowledge
Of the lanes and by lanes
Of the labyrinthine towns!
Let me tell you,
It is no wonder;
The day is not far off
When city folks buy air in kilos
From supermarkets,
And in their living burrows
Churn it with their electric fans
All through the day
To collect every disease
Named and unnamed!
