Will Silences Not Speak?

WILL SILENCES NOT SPEAK..?

will silences not speak? -

if they have spoken..

why then these queries,

'why is he not speaking? '-

when even his own voice

O.. Naughty Child! [ Part-5 ]

[ Part-5 ]

An expert Mimic!

Keeping dolls around
Sans water
Dutifuly bathe them
In perfect imitation
Of your mother-
Leaving nothing to chance
Doing every and all chores!

To keep your subjects
In good cheer
Play melodies
Like Lord Child KRISHNAA !

With the grace of God
Like a Master Poet
Blossom forth verses -

A Speck Of A Speck Am I!

a speck of a speck am i!
&
a speck of a speck am i
underneath this vast dome of sky-
no millionth of a second
without changes around me;
activities incessant, both silent and noisy-
every moment new, every moment fresh;
to one who has searching senses
and penetrating vision
no end to wonder, no way to boredom-
the clouds speak in silence
the blue hugs you close
the green kisses the cheeks
the flowers communicate in colours-
endless arrays of universes
shout at their high-pitched silences
crying for our ears and attention
through mind-boggling distances-
o man, be alert and tune yourself

The Silence Of Trees

the thick-foliaged trees remain
in heavy silence as if in mourning-
do they? no, i am wrong;
beneath their stillness of a statue
there surges the throbbing of their hearts-
a speechless language
soaked in intense emotions-
to share with us all dear thoughts.
look deep into their souls
with all the passions of a learning heart
and catch the wave on wave of vibrations
that lap on your banks;
partake in the joys and sorrows
of a world trapped at a spot from birth to death.
o they have endless stories
for the visiting winds that throw their arms
in friendly warmth on every branch.
are you a poet with the heart of a child?
the trees open their hearts to shower your soul!

The language of silence of the eyes.!

O God!
The craftsman par excellence!
Two eyes you have gifted us
Wonder what a creation it is!
What two lips and a tongue miserably fail
To achieve in endless action
They accomplish with the least fuss!
Cutting aross every barrier-
Manmade and nature crafted-
With great impact their intent express
All in divine silence!
Spectrums of emotions
In all their subtleties and majesties
In these skies are in display!
Cute expressions in millions on millions
This pair streams out in endless cascades
All in a trice and in unison!
O the language of silence of the eyes
Has more vocabulary and music
Than all the languages of the world

Girl, Where Has Your Look Lost Its Way

girl, where has your look lost its way?
into which grief has it drowned?
where is your mind stagnated?
what are the thoughts that pile up in you?
which of them blooms a smile on your lips?
which one pushes you into a seething anger?
which one explodes you into a riotous laughter?
have you created a world for yourself?
is not the god-created world suffice for you?
when would you find the road to this world back?
when would you thrash the contempts and disgraces?
what do you discuss with the god, the incomprehensible?
here the heart of your mother profusely bleeds;
is there not any medicine in any corner of this world
to bring cheer and life into these desolate hearts.

O My Long-Lost Playful School Days...!

o my long-lost playful school days,
come back into me in slow steps,
yes, not on fleeting feet to vanish in a moment-
o my distant friends, lend your carefree voice
as of those cheerful days on sands and soil-
o how i wish to be amongst you all again and again,
with no added years on our backs, on holidays
when we in total abandon, rolled on the riverbeds
in innumerable games divining our own rules-
alas! the cruel time has snatched all of you
and hid you from sight and memory for ever-
how many are alive today to hear my grieving call?
i sink in tears over the irretrievable loss
of those adolescent years that roared like waves
spraying bubbles of joy on the shores of youth!

No Hesitation Whatsoever

No hesitation whatsoever in admitting
‘Made with inconsistencies and deficiencies'
Never I crowed 'I am blemish-free! '
Daily I attempt to repair myself honestly
Though with only limited success;
I slip and slide down in sincere trials
And my soul is full of bruises, you may not know-
Don't tease me then with unkind words;
The winds of events settle fine dust on me.
Though may be far, far from me the truth
I struggle with my might to crawl closer to it.
I laugh at myself, reminded of endless attempts
But take courage that I rise up again and again;
I am still a raw rock face with craggy contours-
I will one day discover in its chiselled depths
My ‘ I ‘, the faint xerox of perfection!

Am I A Good Man?

I am introduced as a 'good man! '
I suppress my surging laughter!
I and he must both be dishonest!
How dishonest I am is privy to me-
Sweet-layered poison I am!
Countless are my masks-
Get confused when to wear which!
My tongue licks the world
With titanic lies far exceeding waves!
I am a blend of all vices and virtues!
A mixture of all dirt and decorations;
Pleasing fragrances and offensive odours-
A melting cauldron of a variety of emotions;
The mirror threatens me with my own image!
Doubt at times whether I walk
With two or more legs, speak or whine;
I am clear you don't believe what he says-
Yet the wheel of this world
Has no other way to grind!
Yes, I reflect in you

She Is Not Charming But..!

She is not charming
but has a very kindly heart;
sows seeds of love in my heart
but yearns for the flower,
that is my heart.

I have no mind
to receive her golden heart;
nor any design to present
my unworthy heart to her;
I told her, 'you are my sibling! '
She left all broken.

Another girl with no grandeur of heart
but with glitter and sparkle all over her body,
with a condescending look
goes avoiding me, twitching her face;
I run after her;
Think of holding fast her legs;
'The sibling' philosophy
