Sweet Sorrow
O Darkness of mine,
Why do they maltreat you?
O Sorrow so kind,
What is it you do?
How cruel they are,
to make Sorrow cry!
How cruel they are,
to leave Darkness looking up at the sky!
Why is Sorrow such a malady?
Who left Darkness in disarray?
He longs to live in sweet Sorrow's golden morrow,
even if it pierces like an arrow.

Poesy's Serenade
Poesy's heart is difficult to discern.
She remains in the past; her songs are pleasant,
yet contain no rhyme.
She is dark and somber, yet within her core radiates hope.
But 'tis hidden hope.
Like the sea she makes the heart rejoice, yet a storm is ever nigh.
Like a rose she shows love; like a goddess she is elevated on ethereal pedestals.

Song Of The Unsung Girl
I'm falling head over heels.
I'm screaming at the top of my lungs inside.
How can I live through this ordeal?
My heart has more than cried.
Chaos in my head.
Chaos is my friend.
This love is not dead.
Your notice I cannot lend.
You make me feel so alive.
You make me want to die.
If your eyes to see me would strive,
I would not make my soul cry.

A Mirror On 'Epitaph On The World
Here lies a world long deceased,
Whose Life by Sheol was seized,
His glorious childhood in aeons was spent,
This blissful man soon too went,
A Stronger age its strength had lent,
Vanity it is of it to speak,
The sea of destiny did spring a leak,
when death was enthroned,
when it shall grow like a horn,
all we know is here it grows as a thorn.

Abattoir
I look up at night,
the stars and moon in sight.
I get to thinking,
the tears start streaming;
Such desire to drift away.
Hey! Look at the lightning!
Can you hear the thunder?
The sky is brightening.
The sun reveals the plunder.
Once a beautiful home,
transformed into a slaughter house.
Such death has caused my poem.
Such death brought by Deception's spouse.

When Light Is Cast Away
Long has the fallen wandered,
through doors with no return.
To the edge of Darkness' glory,
to glimmering seas of blood.
Where long ago it was sought for,
when darkness was at bay.
To the one who waged war,
to the one with no heart.
Rivers of sighs and groans,
whence once they came from the world,
are now flowing through dying fortresses,
are now fading without a word.

Light Show Over The Lake; Part II
Above the earth, below the sky,
I can hear the joyful cry,
They hug and love under my light,
as I display my colours bright.
I gladden the delirious
as I shine like Sirius,
raining gold, silver and blue;
bursting with joy is all I can do.
I shine over waters and seas,
O! how happy the people will be,
when I rise out of the gloom and murk,
and burst its gold like a true firework.

Ennui and Fright
I would rather be somewhere else,
wandering the world at night,
than be here by myself,
living in constant ennui and fright.
I love you both, I love you all,
It's part of growth, to not want to call.
Independence; is it really good?
You make it seem so bad...
'Placing too much importance on socializing; '
My fears are materializing.
Maybe I need a break.
But then my heart will ache.
What to do?

Feline Mind
What wonders would I find,
O friend of mine,
If I were to journey into thy mind,
O friend feline?
Everyday the planets would align.
There would be fish and bird a-plenty and fine.
Eighteen hours of sleep everyday,
and time to groom and eat and play!
A window into the feline world art thine eyes,
where it matters not if something dies.
For life is for fun and games,
but alas! O my friend, thou hast no dame!

Echoes Of Time
My heart resides within the First Forest, where the trees are as big as mountains.
The wind gives voices to the Voiceless Ones,
and their leaves can be heard echoing through ages past.
Ghastly songs slither through rifts in time,
falling on me like the eldritch voices of dead children beckoning to me in my sweetest dreams.
How I await my exile to end.
To the Land of Evenfall my eyes ever gaze,
burning holes in the Echoes of Time.
