(Inspiration poems) Cry with me

Cry with me because
We have overcome every
Obstacle after obstacle
That life has thrown at us
Cry with me because we stand
At the summit of success
And we can climb the ladder
Of success knowing we did
What we did with the faith
Of our strength and our instinct
And our unfailing resolve
And the rock of our faith and
We reached the top not on the
Backs of others and we did
Not pillage our way through
What belongs to they who
Struggle with the few resources
That they have
Cry with me because we can
Share with others and they can

The old willow tree

Under that old willow tree
I kissed you for the first time
But now that old willow tree is
Withering and it is dying in agony
The same thing happened when you
Refused to come outside and talk
To me outside in the pouring rain
And you wrote a letter to me
(It was brought to me by a laughing
Bragging clown of the old school)
And that's how you told me that
Your love for me has gone cold
Now there is no difference between
Me and that old dying willow tree
I am alone in the death agonies why
Don't you come here and see for
Yourself what you'd done done?

(Remember poems) Remember the task of the poet remember poets

Your romantic poems
Will gladden hearts
And heal hearts
Your epic poems
Will fill minds
With wonder
And amazement
Your religious poems
Will cleanse spirits
And give hope will provide
Them with reason why they're here
Your poems
Will save souls
And comfort abused souls
The world needs your poems
You need the world's poems
It's a win win situation
We learn from each other
And learning we enrich
The spirit and the soul

This evening you're sizzling at your royal most sensational in mystic purple

Today amidst the mist
Just after dusk way after
The in-betweeners have done
Done their thrill seeker's
Star studded moon dance look
This evening you're at your
Royal most sensational in
Mystic purple.The stimulation
Of red and the calm of blue
Seem to be vying for your
Attention.But the artistry of
The beauty of your uplifting
Purple takes the characteristic
Undertones to uplift the dormant
Soul and calms the lover's
Mind and nerves and offers
A sense of spirituality but
Most of all your purple is
Appreciated by the eccentric
You encourage my creativity

If you read my poem

If you read my poem
Thank you my friend
For suffering with me
Through the various
terrifying onslaught
of the ordeal of the
pain of searching for
The right perfect
word that meets the
Demands of the script
before me that makes
The poem scream to
want to be unchained
To be born as the bright
magic epic unforgettable
Little great masterpiece
that we both pray for it
To be the bright star
garlanded with the beauty
We lovingly anticipate it

To remove the lingering cloud of doubt over our love

He who speaks the truth must
Be allowed to kiss the princess
You must not doubt my love for you
People must stop saying I
I am bad news for you and give you
The list of their preferred candidates
I love no one else but you
You want to know what's my life plan?
Let me tell you

Plan A is you

Plan B is you
Plan C is you

You say are we gonna keep
Making love like that under the trees
In shameful self restrictive hiding forever?
I say
My home was your home two weeks ago

As you watch television tonight

As you watch television tonight
Spare a thought about me somewhere
Between the intervals AND squeeze a thought
About me for that one lingering moment
They're sure to say something about me
I've long been out of the popularity stakes
I'm sure I'm part of the seven o'clock news
They might show parts of my mangled body
Or they may show me as part of that happy crowd
Be sure to watch me on T.V tonight maybe I might
Be alive or dead it don't matter what shape you
See me in because you never cared anyway so watch
Television tonight and go to sleep happy that
You've finally really got rid of me

Fairy boy

Tonight fairy boy
Don't let me down
Don't let me beg for
an ounce of your love
Give me what I want
I want to be loved with
a difference by a god
Do you hear me fairy lover?
It must be your love
My divine being
I am after your strange
unusual love when allowed
Hear me say to you
Let me bend down
Allow me once again
to mend your broken wing
My love is the herb
To nurse your fairy heart
With my kiss divine fairy
You have broken through the

Anthologies of their laments 9. Little angel

Your dynamite comes in
The powder keg of small
packages
I call you my little angel
Because you're big there
No better fitting descriptions
Of the fire in the annals
Of the epic book of
Poetry to describe you
Saw the picture of you
In the photo picture of
The photography album again
Would swear to you
Am I mad to fall in love
With a picture my love?
Well little angel
I am stuck to see the blues
Standing there in their
Neat rows to confirm little
Angel that I will sing

The famished road

Do not travel on
The famished road my lord
I speak in consideration
Of my children's hungry stomachs
And I want my salary intact
At the end of the month

Do not travel on
The famished road unless you
want to endanger your life
Deliberately my lord
Across the famished famine
threatened road they have
Unleashed the hordes of the poor
And they have left their hovels
It is so bleak and bare outside Sire
You see the skeletons of the hungry
And the famished and they come
Straight to you it is as if all
The devils have left hell and come
