A Wedding at a Funeral

As I pass the names written in stone
Along the foggy, narrow path
Where my destiny lies,
I know I'm not alone.
The ahead whereabouts,
The synagogue,
The only place I know
I actually will belong.
In my own cemetery,
A chapel awaits.
I am now at the gate,
Of what I must embrace.
At a funeral,
But being bound for eternity,
And never looking back,
But forward.
Watching the world end,
But my life just begin.

Eternity

Baby I love you and I never want to let you go.
I wouldn't and couldn't, but I would never try.
You mean so much to me as it is.
Especially every hug, touch, and kiss.
It makes it seem as if nothing is wrong.
It seems as if it's the place I belong.
You have no idea how much I love you.
Even when you say I love you too,
It still makes me wonder...
If we might be together forever.
If we will be...
I can not wait for eternity! ! !

All Alone in a Library

The break and crack
Of the book bearing shelves
While on this floating mass
No one knows where I am
But no one knows to ask.
I am all alone
Feeling so horribly bad.
However,
The sound of people walking past,
Is all I have to last,
Me the day.
Me the day of writing,
Of whispering,
Of talking to myself.
I would talk to not only me,
But there is no one else.
I am all alone,
On my own,
Writing, Whispering,
Time goes by.

What can I say?
You are at my house everyday! ! !
I can't write a poem to you,
Because you sing every time I try to!

Something that you can't break,

Was It Real?

My hopes fall like ashes
When I think about losing you,
But then my tears fall like rain
On a cold, frozen window pane,
Watching the glass crack as my heart breaks,
When I realize that I never had you,
And probably never will.

It seems but a dream,
Those few moments we spent together.
I, wishing they would last forever,
But tomorrow held the truth.
Did they mean anything to you?

You acted like it was true.

Will You Answer Tonight

I call every night just out of the minute possibility I may hear your voice.
My heart skips a beat as it begins ringing, but falls once I hear that noise.
Or, that thing you may refer to as your voicemail.
I wait for you to return the call,
But now I have no hope at all.
You have her.
What else could you wish for?
At one point you had me, and still do,
But I don't have you anymore.
We were together once,
But now broken apart,
We knew it would end this way,
So why did it even start?

We're best friends,
Until the end.
But I'm jealous of you.
I don't want you to know,
