I Can Take Care of Myself
Emotions racing
Mind's pacing
can't think of what to so
Standing here looking stupid in front of you
I try to stop my cry
Because of all the things you might try
I don't want you to fell sorry for me
I don't need anyone's sympathy
I don't want you to put your arms around me and squeeze tight
I don't want you to tell me it's gonna be alright
Can't you see, I'll be just fine
It's not your problem, it's mine
Don't expect me to cheer up, I won't
I know you wanna help, but don't
When will you learn
This isn't your concern
I can take care of myself without your help
