Happy Valentine

High fly ye little rose
And land in the residence across
Put a smile on her face.
pour out my lovely message in phase
Yes, to my only lovely queen.

Very slowly and so keen
Allow her to admire your beauty
Let her say you are pretty,
Every petal and each sepal shines
None differs from they way she shines,
Tell her she is like you in my eyes
Inside my heart she lies
Never would thee be moved.
Even though the mountains be moved.

Down from the womb descends a boy
And avidly they coo nursing the mother
Nape handling it happily
Inviting the infant to the inferior earth.
Elated is the mother, underging medication
Lark sings lovely songs for the pretty boy.

Manhood he has finaly attained
And artistry in poetry he potrays
Rhetoric writting he records
Brilliantly bringing change
Elegantly enlightning equality eloquently,
Through him true revolution is gonna be realistic.

Pre-Test Thoughts

Time is finally here
Everything seems hard
Its my turn this year
To give what I've heard

Very exited to finish
Frightened to face it
And careful not to vanish
Very ready to highly score it.

A lot of expectations on me
From all around the region
Those very responsible for me
And even the rival 'religion'

Passing is my major focus,
Self believe proves me capable,
Honest is party of the focus.
And through prayer, God is available
To guide me to success.

Nations with no perception
Generation with confusion
Know not what life is meant
Is it life for a penny
Maybe a penny for life
This makes me perplexed
A teacher working as a butcher
A doctor as a conductor
Makes it more complex
Whether it is a hobby?
It might be quest for money
It's a mud mud world Kenya
See, a graduate for a house boy
Trffic police,
Make road tax collectors
Human totchers

Turn of Events

The skin was soft now its rough
the flexible hand is now rigid and tough
that which was cut short is now long
the weak heart is growing strong
the once thoughtful brain
is now void and plain
the one that someday suited sweetly
now is turning bitter swiftly
the long ago trusted then accepted
now is accused and rejected
the never uttered and unimportant facts burst
the unheard secrets become like dust
as it enters every eye, it penetrates all eardrums,
our so called friends make forums,
to discus the breakdown,
everything goes upside down.

Back to the village

In hardly a fortnight
I'll be on my way home
to the tinny village upcountry
To my small home in Richo farm
thirty miles far north of Eldoert
Hoping to see mum, dad and my siblings
all expecting me after seventeen weeks away.

Away from the easy access to the net
to where there are no florescent to illuminate
but the small hurricane lambs
to the grass touched huts,
where electric power is sought miles away.
the place I'll enjoy watching the farms
and the domestic birds and mammals
have good time with family members
till time to embark on studies.

If Silence Is My Fault

If silence is all my fault
and in paper all my words hided
under my lips as a timed bomb,
an understanding unuttered.
In paper all my words scattered
behind my image the true me lies
inside my calmness a sweetness hides.

If an utterably perfect is your blessing,
with nothing more undisplayed,
your every glance with words combined,
not a silence in any presence of you,
why not the bomb in me ignite?
and these lines of phrases,
to make homour in speach?
why not learn the uniqueness of my world?

More Than a Friend

All was going 6,7,8 & 9
Nothing could be said to be fine
We never agreed like parallel line'
No single blame wasn't mine
I stabbed your love. Still you were kind
Never have I seen a person of such a kind

The thought of it makes me blind
for what couldn't I see if I wasn't out of mind?
Instead of being dismissive you were submissive
with a gloomy heart, a bonny face you wore
for every misdeed, you were ready for a fix
once again to make it 9,8,7 & 6.
We are surely destined to number one
With no togetherness no match is gonna be won
Girl you are more than a friend
We gonna stick together to the end.

Give Me Another Chance

Your love is never unrequited
For my love for you is always unlimited
my words and deeds were so corrosive
to make your bye bye imperative
but the gnawing guilt in me so enormous
to myself I'll always be very venomous,
not until I invert your lovelorn,
I try everything to change the thorn to corn.

You know not how your value is disproportional
To your love so much unconditional.
With you am dead over heal in love
I'll go out of my ways to prove its true love.
Never again will I be in the love triangle,
Such stumbling is a snake bite in the ankle.
It was the first mistake, don't you quit fast
please give me another chance, to be the last,

Lust Love and Infatuation

Just as any teen
on relationship matters I was so keen
flip-flopping the pages
there I was

Time to build my vocabulary,
I realized.
Bonds! people form bonds?
not the bonds of chemistry,
stronger than these it sounds
It last for years
if not lifetime
no other reaction can break it.

The aftermath of infatuation
