attracts wing hunters

After Prayer
people milling around food
guest were first to be serve
they're very polite and quiet
elders came to say 'hello'
i saw three security guard
looking, walking with radio
we don't have tables to sit
we stand and eat our food
only cold water was serve
i don't have my four square
we all just rubbing elbows,
bowing, smiling and talking

you notice more and more of
us consuming microwaveables
yes, i have this bowl of ravioli
which is dollar and fifty cents
i pop metal lid, throw it away
put in microwave for 3 minutes
i do save lots of time for lunch
how healthy could be, question
this saves me good five bucks
that's a gallon of gas and candy
for a poor guy like me, stretching
to keep going on this lovely planet

grounds keeper cut grass today
birds were busy chasing insects
displaced from communal grass
vegetarians busy themselves
looking for seeds that has fallen
newly cut grass is refreshing
it's really wide you can put
a nine holes golf course on it
it's a sanctuary for geese, ducks
they also planted lots of trees
it's a jogging area; relaxing place

031210 I Guess I Have It In The Trunk
it's pouring outside, it's dark
i'm soak, dripping on my boots
a couple more steps i would be
inside my car, on my way home
temperature is dropping fast
i know the rain would stop
sure enough, once i step in
rain stop but i'm still dripping
now traffic is bumper to bumper
it's a rush hour for city dweller
i was thinking if i have extra clothes

Roving Eyes
tainted tube length of building
above merchandise for sale
i saw camera rolling on wheels
briefly pointed at me while i am
looking at golf balls on sale, neat
but it stayed there for a minute
i wave i lip sync 'hi, i saw you'
left at constant speed, pass me
every minute but never stop again

that's an extra expenses for store

i'm busy picking black berries
when golf ball graze the treetop
it hits the pine close to where
i am and landed on the ditch
curious geese came to look
roll it with their beak to a nook
i'm waiting for anybody to claim
nobody ever did; maybe ashamed
so many balls has wandered here
they are orphans; waiting for rain
so they will shine and to be seen

if this were pattaya beach
drinks could be coming
maidens would be asking
what they can do for me
here i have to walk a distance
to get in line and take chance
really smart to bring backpack
