i was sitting listening to music
when a three knocks at my door
without hesitation i quickly open
to see a boy with bowl of sweets
with smile he offered to get some
i reach, pick one and put in my lips
i saw my self offering cup of coffee
to my dad long time ago, i remember
he would take me for a ride around town
buy me ice cream and ride a carousel
i listen to his unending epic stories
this kid play by himself, xbox & wiis

i'm awestruck with calmness
when shore start to recede
only tiny ripples on surface
i'm waiting for jumping fish
nobody did such acrobats
they went with flow just that
i remember my dads story
somewhere in hawaiian bay
they pick clams, gather opehi
one time fish were stranded
old folks said don't go picking
instead they run to the mountain

this morning i'm carrying my golf bag
when i happen to brush against green
greenness of leaves revealing a bud
so green, that of a jade, cocoon like
this reminds me that it's spring time
soon it will bloom to a whitish beauty
i can't resist to touch its softness
springing from deep inside of me
an admiration to beautiful nature
always providing us with their love
some never learn to appreciate
it's around us and never been late

050210o All Clear And Quiet
my neighbor seems to be resting
cars left slowly to point soundless
only my silver car trying to light up
whole neighborhood with alien logo
i love that car; doesn't give me pain
rides smoothly; must be the shocks
grass is just a patch of darker color
i know they are growing inch by inch
and beneath those leaves could be
roaming ants looking for food; seeds
earthworm are known to crawl at night
to get fresh air without getting dry

strawberry brightens
as it touches my lips
squirst as my teeth
buried deep, i cringe
i dip into sugar bowl
crystals clinging
masking seeds
my tongue painted red
my fingers wet with sweets
sourness neutralize to a nil
i'm loving it, i'm having my fill
cheaper as it is, won't last
nice weather good for crops

i'm watching a gentleman from tee
how he swing his golf clubs today
he goes left and right; searching
two landed on lake; three on tree
he could have lost six or more; easy
he is doing good; very courageous
i gave him some of my orphan balls
when he passed me; he's inviting me
i told him ' i have to practice more'
he looks at me; smiled and walk away
unknown to him i've been playing regularly
i hope he won't lost anymore balls today

all so quiet in the neighborhood
cars are park bumper to bumper
no playing drums nor a guitar
nobody knocks on my door so far
darkness is sweeping further
all colors are the same altogether
by this time i should be waiting for you
everything is ready even your house shoe
while my eyes is stuck on sports channel
nothing changes even with this new cable
but you love to shift your job to night time

printed fabric dancing with drums
swirling poles; light at both ends
vigorous steps wakes all my senses
abbreviated screams wards off evils
under glitters of stars along shoreline
where loves flow like pouring wine
ancestral ukulele strums with ballad
journey of brave lad in search for love
i let the drum take me to gentle move
powered by juice from coconut grove

morning, i was wandering in snow
when i'm captivated of what i saw
...little pretty red fruits daring wind,
shrugging snow; braver than crane
i tiptoed and pointed my frozen lens
my fingers are cold; feeling much pain
i struggled to get a very good view
dragging my foot gauging deep snow
beautiful lake is just a breathe away
as i stand amazed in front of a beauty

050710C worrisome economy-bail me out
un-easy breath still holds my chest
dow jones slides is not, not over yet
our trading partners in europe troubled
could be not just greece is causing it
panic selling will do that too; stock slide
could be self inflected or speculations
i'm not expert but when mine go down
i know i'm losing plus recovery time
i'm almost 75 % where i am in 2007
then here comes again; i'm losing
i'm hoping i'm not taken for a ride
and on my retirement i'm on slide
