Open to the Spirit
How I learn from the wind
Freedom is a treasure within
Art can never satisfy without humility
Stretched like a binder
Procrustean beds broken
Concepts burn like a fire
Red hot jazz
Love opens preconceptions
New neuron patterns
Old streets with roses
Blossom away from power
Growth walks out of the temple
Led by the Spirit

Tis the Season
Tis a wonderful day to give
Sorrow flees
Spring showers the land
Everywhere your love gives
I can grow
I can heal
Tis the season to smile
Beauty wakes the flowers
The world cannot stop the light
Stars solve questions
Venus burns by the moon
Green grass under my clay
Gratitude flows like a river
Tis the season of praise

Maybe
Rocks hidden under the sea
Treacherous water so sublime
Envy, emulation, jealousy
Motivated by intense pride
Roots of bitterness grow deep
Where many can enter in
Ego with a guise of charity
Innuendo, gossip, sin
Everybody has a hungry heart
Only love brings us our part
Maybe you need to get laid?
Yeah, really good and laid!

Flow into Me
The orchids of violet fire
Your eyes the jewels of gardens
I cannot thrive without you
Embrace me my lovely friend
Leave all the stammering windmills
Listen not to the petty self righteous
Your love is rose wood laid in gold
Regal ships of wet visions
Satisfy my hunger my lioness
The sea crashes like wild lovers
Flow into me again

Sola Scriptura
Praetors dance of the Renaissance
Gleam of geo - prism light
New Aristotle and the religion of man
Hope in the mystical eternal
We are now marooned
Capsized in our arrogance
Mercury ridden waters
Storms of Prometheus
Let the dross be burned away
Revelation needs no buttress
Let all philosophy be sifted
Sola Scriptura rules the way

We Are Blessed
Flourish like a tree by the stream
Drink the love from the grace given
Give your blessings
Give your smile
Give your joy
We the broken need one another
Let the table be filled with gifts
The family of the lonely thrives
Tonight the Spirit joins us
Come all ye heavy laden
Come all ye wounded
The cross will never refuse you
We are blessed

It is Finished
Rococo ideas
The great stretch
Something very wrong
Very empty
She gathers stones of light
Martin Heidegger is dead
Aged colloquial theology
Explanations as silly as silly
Death creeps like a wounded bear
Nothingness
Ex nihilo
I am glad all of that is over
The light has shined
Sleep and touch meaning
Everything is eternal
It is finished

Everything Is Growing
Everything is growing
There is nothing broken
No sad moment of failing time
Grace filled with mystic morning
Cool breeze, a sea of forgiveness
Hope is a child of dawn
Song birds build their nest
Blue glory covers the eye
Forests bow to dreams of peace
Summer fills with sweet wine
Roses bright, purple, yellow, white
Meadows glow in joy

Mirror On The Wall
Silver silence looms her legacy
The pride of fallen angels
Roman slave ships
Us and them
Your words are vain rhymes
Your power a throne of mirrors
Mirror mirror on the wall
Fade into sphinx gray frames
Galleria of superfluous ego
Identity of art
Identity of superficial ownership
Legacy of masks
Charlatans
The cross is bloody with humility

Crayons
Flowers of Bach in a violet choir
Soft angels in perfect middle C
Harmony where lover’s pray
Soprano sings like starlight
Heaven is a daily pathway
Her eyes seek a child’s smile
Her hands work to bring joy
Her pain hides behind strength
A mother with tears
A mother who wants her child happy
She tells me about her son’s new crayons
