Dance With Me

Your shadow danced over my head
a classical ballet;
filling my heart with treading steps
in a renaissance play.
I touched your shadow
till it moved away;
when all I wanted is for you to sway
into my heart…
swing and rave into my dreams;
glide your way into my arms
a ceremonial reggae.
I grasped your shadow
till it moved away;
when all I wanted is for you to stay
and dance this dance of love with me
feel the rhythm of the melody
of this classical song;
that turned to a melancholy,
as I saw myself dancing…
this dance of love alone.

Is It Out of Jealousy?

The last glimpse of the sun
painted up the sky
with the colors of life and beauty;
till darkness stole its painting away...
is it out of jealousy?
There are no right words to say.

This night is filled with tender rain
that sang its solemn song
with the rhythm of love and beauty;
till the thunder broke its song away...
is it out of jealousy?
I have no right words to say.

My heart is filled with your love;
The glory of that love
made dazzling sparks of hope;
till fate stole those sparks away...
is it out of jealousy?
No right words are left to say.

The POET from the POEM

That lady -
whose eyes can see no ordinary eyes can see,
and desolate winds crying for her name
till truth and lies are all the same;
who knows how she ate the stars at night,
yet left the old moon sleeping in the sky?
Certainly she married that awful death
only not to die.
Out of her hands there came blood,
till blood covered her flesh.
And the blood had life...had sweeter life
till blood became her flesh.
How can you know the poet from the poem,
or sift the melody from its song?
Judge me, for I'll say
that lady -
is the poet and he being the blood, her poem.

Lovers, We Have

Someone's heart owned mine
but my heart's alone.
Someone's mind is always thinking
if he was on my own.
Someone's eyes have found me
but I guess I was blind.
Someone's lips are kissing mine,
but mine were cold, yet kind.
Someone's hand caress me...
though i thought I need not one.
But when your arms have found me,
I felt my strength's all gone.
Another's voice had called your name
but my heartbeat's have you heard.
and when her love was all she said,
you understand not a word.
It's funnily ironic but a sad one...
that lovers, we both have...
but love for them- none.

You and My Shadow

You never noticed how your single glance
pressed my shadow on the wall.
And by simply smiling even once,
my pressed shadow falls
and melts into the ground.
As though some unseen force from you
had taken control around.
How come you never noticed
my shadow on the wall...
pressed by some unseen force
when by my name you called.
And how it hid beneath my feet
when your shadow's close to mine!
Just when I walked ahead of you,
it's almost left behind.
And now you kiss me with your lips,
your eyes have said it all.
But dear, have you noticed
my pressed shadow on the wall?

Mosiah 18: 8

I do not share his feelings -
not that I don't care, definitely not.
It's just that he's crying for something
I'm happy about.
How in the world could I feel sorrow
for something I rejoice of...
How can I conceal the smiles
in the midst of his pain-
and mourn, yet deep inside I just but feign?
Surely, I feel sorry for him
but I don't share his feelings.
I want to give him comfort
but how, I know not.
I'm afraid that in this moment of his life,
my face would fail me...I hope not.
Tell me, is it really that easy
to mourn with those that mourn?

In His Eyes

In his eyes are empty wells
where waters only flow endless
when I stare;
and in his eyes are dark skies
where stars only shine endless
when I glare.
You'll hear in his voice silent graveyards
where melodies only stream endless
when to me he sings...
and together in his lips lie broken leaves
where flowers only bloom endless
when to me he speaks.
In his cheeks are forsaken streets
but sweetest heaven in my eye;
in his heart are dying secrets
that live in mine, I know not why.
I read in his soul forgotten poems
that i write immortal in these lines.
For in his worst, I love him best.

To dream of 'Carpe Diem

A corpse condemned to live
I long was lost
somewhere in my painful years
of grief, of doubts, of fears.
Ghost of my own memory
I long was dragged...
trapped inside my overt pain,
isolated, I ever been;
tied by threads unseen
I stay unmoved -
bound by fate unrest
I deem to stoop.

To live a life with life
I long did dream;
to dream to never drown
in woe, in qualms, in tears.
Prisoner of my own history
I long be freed
from ones my soul

A Pardon to Heaven

I know my time soon cometh,
my candle's burning low.
I could not undone the wrongs I did
yet I could do the things I must
before my time will come
which soon cometh.
May heavens forgive me...
for choosing this path;
for if I cease to live
I'll save generations.
I see generations before me,
I choose them over me.
I'll cease to live
that they may live eternally.
For better that I perish
than they to come.
Better that I fall,
than children mourn.
Better that I die than live
and break tender hearts

Sweet Confusion, Bitter Realization

She who thought he was the one...
He who thought she's just one of some.
She who thought she finally found,
He who thought she's nice to play around.
She who's broken yet hoped to be whole;
He who never thought of love at all.
She who wants to love and being loved...
He who wants to lay her on his bed.
She who wants to see his smile,
He who wants to kiss her for awhile.
She who thinks of him at night;
He who thinks of girls at sight.
But she who left without a word...
and he who felt the change of his world.
She who realized he's not for her at all...
He who finally fell in love with her.
