Timeless Songs
I wish to write more timeless songs
that have the power to wake the moon
and draw her from the skies;
that have the strength to stir the stars,
unveil their evening sparks.
I wish to write more timeless songs
that have the courage to stop the sea
from singing lullaby's;
that have the strength to stir the wind,
unveil her sweet disguise.
I wish to write more timeless songs
to bring me back to you;
to give me strength to stir my soul,
and make my dreams come true.

A Separate World
A world within this world...
a world apart from this;
apart from all forms void of peace...
from turmoil, grief, from morbid space.
Apart from all uncleanliness,
from stains of worldly sins.
Apart from mists of darkness,
a world with parted veils.
A world where hearts and souls are sealed,
where mortals and immortals meet;
which gates of pearly white I see
in stones these words engraved:
'Holiness to the Lord. The house of the Lord.'
- a world I knew... a world with you.

Half-Forgotten Love Affair
Clouds catching shadows on the ground,
while the winds are careful not to make a sound.
Dancing waters in the night...
Oh, how that splendor filled my sight!
Birds catching lost dreams in the sea,
while the rain is careful not to wake a tree.
Dancing waters in the night...
Oh, how that glory filled my mind!
My heart still searching for your soul...
while mountains never sleep at all.
Dancing waters in the night...
How our half-forgotten love affair
struggled to stay alive!

Stars Dont Know My Fate
Tonight I make history
and one day history will find me
and haunt me...even write me
in the pages of immortality
and will never be forgotten
as the wind.
Tonight I face history
and one day history will face me
and mock me...even write me
in the pages of uncertainties
but will never be forgotten
as the wind.
Tonight- I end my life...
I change my history, I make my destiny
for stars don't know my fate.
And one day, maybe one day
this night would be forgotten,
carried by the wind.

To Faithful Joseph
If I were Potiphar's wife,
would you run away from me;
would you rather turn your back
and leave me miserably?
If I were far more beautiful than her,
can you look away from me;
can you push away my willing arms
from holding you endlessly?
If I in fate and life have failed,
If marrying him was wrong -
have found you and love along,
would you forsake me all alone?
If it's only you I dream of,
and heavens brought you to me...
Is it too much to ask of you
to run away with me?

To Be Forever With You Never
When I was but a withered leaf,
where art thou my love?
When air was scarce, I hardly breathe...
When I longed for you to be there,
yet you were there never.
When I was but a wasted stream,
did you ever think of me?
did I ever evade one of your dreams...
when I wished for you to be there,
yet you were there never.
When I was but a ruined song,
my love, where art thou?
you left me thinking all alone...
how you could be with me forever
when on my worst, you were never there.

A Wife's Revenge
I gained thy smile but not thy heart;
thy stares but not thy thoughts.
I share thy pillow but not my dreams;
thy touch but not thy soul.
If but my eyes could satisfy
my heart's sheer desire;
if but thy presence would be enough
I have thee but I don't.
Her shadow mocks my misery,
I love thee but I won't
let go of thee... let go of me,
I love thee but you don't.
Still I have thy name, thy ring, thy blood
her shadow as my curse
could not again be redefined
as my misery be thine...
and thine agony be hers.

Lies
You took my strength by minutes...
you took my life by hours.
The days went by like shadows;
the minutes wheeled like stars.
You gave me life by seconds...
you gave me death by lies.
The rain went by like rivers;
the rivers flowed like tears.
You gave me happiness for a moment...
and pain for the rest of my life.
The clouds sailed by like oceans...
the oceans strolled like skies.
And life went by like sad songs...
the songs went by like cries.
If only you had shot me dead
than stripping me naked with lies!

x18-Didn't I?
(I suggest you read the 'COLD WATERS' first)
-Marie Spencer-
Where did I go wrong-
in loving you...in giving you all?
I watched you grow with gladness
as your eyes tell me you care.
You touched the rainbows,
embraced the moons...
you had so much love to share.
Where did I fail in telling you
the things you ought to know?
I gave you trust completely
as I slowly watched you grow.
Why did you took your life away,
did i fail to give some light?
Why did you go that dreadful way-
Didn't i tell you wrong from right?

x16-Haunted
(I suggest u read first the 'COLD WATERS')
-Jake Thomas-
Why does loving her feels so wrong?
Why does looking at her
brings the pain you left behind...
why does loving her more
seems to tell me that's not right?
Why did you take your life away,
you could find another man.
You could always love another-
and now, you're all but gone.
Why am I haunted with your
whispers of goodbye?
That I cant sleep at night,
till the time passed me by.
Why am I haunted with your mourning songs?
Tell me, why does loving her feels so wrong?
