Psalm 109
I love them with the love of Jesus
Yet hatred is what they return
They refuse to turn away from evil
They embrace the fact that they will burn
They clothe themselves with curses
And darkness fills their hearts
Every word's a poisoned barb
And they shoot them on their fiery darts
In their lives they show no mercy
And the poor man they despise
They even slay the broken hearted
And the fatherless is nothing in their eyes
They destroy themselves from deep within
And darkness consumes their souls
They destroy everyone around them
And their own desires their only goal

Psalm 131
There is a tumultuous noise that beckons me
Voices and men and the world
They clamor for all my attention
Into this world I am so often hurled
There is many a problem perplexing
And vexing and troubling of heart
And so in the midst of calamities
I finally decide to depart
And then all I hear is the wind in my ear
And the warmth of the sun I embrace
And the silence is gold it brings me a tear
And it rolls down upon my face
And this is my place, all alone with you
And you say to the noise ' be still'
And you fill me and fill me and fill me again
As I ascend your most holy hill

If I Did Not Believe
My hope would vanish in the wind
My joy would disappear
My peace would crumble into dust
I would not shed a tear
My love would melt and fear would reign
I'd lose my nightly song
There'd be no purpose for my life
I'd know not right from wrong
My only thoughts would be of me
And what I could achieve
I'd live my life so selfishly
If I did not believe
And when my moment came to die
And stand before the throne
I would not have an advocate
I'd stand there all alone

Psalm 20
The battle belongs to the Lord
They are many and kicking up dust
In the day of trouble my enemy comes
In you alone will I place my trust
For the Lord our Saviour keeps His children
And in this fulfills their desire
In the field of battle the enemy falls
He ran into Gods furious fire
Who shall stand when our King comes forth
Mighty and glorious to fight
The enemy runs but there's nowehere to hide
For He puts ten thousand to flight
So now is the time to bend your knee
And acknowledge the name above names
For the Lord is coming to judge the earth
Not by flood but surely by flames

Psalm 75
There is a cup
And the wine is red
And the grapes are crushed in wrath to fill it up
And with blood dipped robes
And armies by His side
He has come to pour the contents of the cup
I will choose the proper time
I will pour down fire on earth
I will judge the wicked and exalt My remnant bride
For the boastful are brought low
And the wicked are cut off
And the armies of the Lord march side by side
So have faith my little ones
The pillars stand secure
I am coming in my glory in the sky
The foundations are not destroyed
And my love it has no end
I will come to reign forever from on high

Walking In The Love Of God
To plummet the depths of a bottomless sea
That's filled with truth and love
To scale a mountain that has no top
Is to revel in the Father's love
To fly in a sky that has no end
And to fly with wings of a dove
Is to soar in updrafts of His majesty
To be carried on the winds of love
To live with the Love of God in me
To look through my Father's eyes
To have ears that hear what the Spirit says
Is to break all fetters and ties
To walk in such glorious freedom
Is to walk in the light from above
Neither chained nor shackled by earth's dim view
But free to walk in His love

Psalm 44
Oh Lord we hear the tales
Of saints from long ago
Who came into your presence
And in your Spirit, flow
Your Shekinah fell like morning dew
Upon them one and all
Your glory and your majesty
Before your throne they fall
Its by the light of countenance
That we take the promised land
Its by your strength and your right arm
That we walk hand in hand
But now o Lord you've cast us off
And put us all to shame
The enemy comes and takes from us
And we shall never be the same

The Throne Of God
You sit at the right hand of the Father
You are clothed in majesty
The train of your robe fills the temple
Our High priest forever you shall be
You dwell in the beauty of Holiness
You are clothed in magnificent light
You stand upon grace and mercy
And your throne is an incredible sight
All men shall fall down before you
And every tongue on earth shall confess
That you are Lord to the glory of God
And we shall dwell in your Holiness
You are Commander of the heavenly hosts
And God the Father is your shield
And every king that comes against you
Is destroyed on the battle-field

Psalm 54
Hear my prayers o my God
And listen to the words of my mouth
I am surrounded by enemies
From the East, the west, the north and the south
The Lord delivers me from all my troubles
I will praise you for it is good
Even if I wander, starving in the desert
Your very presence shall be my food
In the midst of trials and afflictions
You are water to my thirsty soul
You are my light in the darkness, my fire by night
Your blessings have made me whole
Blessings of mercy and justice
Of love and forgiveness and peace
Strength to the weary, hope to the hopeless
Your mercies they never cease
