Unless I'm enraptured in your arms
My shadow flees from all alarms
Unless I dwell within your city
Violent men will have no pity
My life is vain without you Lord
And I have no tomorrows
And all that's left for me to do
Is to eat the bread of sorrows
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases
And you mercies they are new every day
And the fruit that lies within increases
And for that we shall give thanks and pray
Unless the Lord builds this house
We shall surely labor in vain
Unless His Spirit comes on down

Lord you are our dwelling place
And forever we shall seek your face
Before the mountains stood up proud
You dwelt forever in your cloud
A thousand years is like a day
Your glory never fades away
We grow old and with a sigh
We pass from sight, all men must die
Our time on earth is very brief
Shall we pass this way and dwell in grief?
In you alone we find respite
You deliver us from our darkest nights
Our days are numbered this we know
In you alone does wisdom grow
To fear you Lord is where we start
To know you Lord sets us apart

O Lord I cry to thee
All day long I make my plea
Your mercy is what I long to see
Hear my cry O God
In the day of trouble I call to you
Where else could I go, what else could I do?
O Lord there is none like you

I will glorify your name forever-more
I will answer your knock and open up the door
You're the Lion of Judah and I hear the lion roar

I will guard my tongue and hold my peace
And be mute before my accuser
Not a word shall I utter in my defence
As I stand before my abuser
For I am nothing but a shadow and a vapour
I am a man who walks in sorrow
Like the grass of the field and the birds of the sky
Here today, but gone tomorrow
And the rich man builds a bigger barn
And for him the bell does toll
Oh foolish man you have discounted God
This very night He may require your soul

You hold the whole world in your hand
Every mountain and every hill
The ocean is but a tear from your eye
And every heart, with love, you could fill
Let us worship and bow down
To our knees we fall before your glory
And before your throne we cast our crown
And return to tell the world your story
And if you hear His voice today
Do not close down and run away
Open up your heart and learn to live
Confess to Him and He'll forgive
For you have seen His work before
Yet your heart is hard, you shut the door
Open up your heart and let Him in

God has spoken in His holiness
And He has said ' I will rejoice'
And if the God of heaven celebrates
Then I shall make a joyful noise
I will awake the dawn with praises
And declare His mercy everywhere
I will speak of His truth and glory
I will bow before my God in prayer
Be exalted O God above the heavens
And may your glory cover all the earth
May your right hand reach down and save me
And all the days of my life I will serve
You help me in my time of trouble
When all other men have fled away

From the rising of the sun
He rises in my heart
He rises in the deepest part of me
He is the God of glory
Of that there is no doubt
He is coming soon for all the world to see
And when the sun it sets
And the end is coming near
A furious fire consumes before our King
You must pay your vows to God
And call upon His name
And all your heart to Jesus you must bring
For He wants for nothing more
Than for you to sing HIs praise
He needs nothing from the feeble hand of man
He is the King of Kings
And it is a fearful thing
To find yourself outside the Saviour's plan

I will call upon the Lord
Who is mighty to be praised
Though the pangs of death surround me
To Him my hands are raised
And when the Lord had heard my call
Into the darkness He did ride
On the wings of the wind He came to me
Thunder and lightenings were by His side
Hailstone and coals of fire rained down
And the enemy fell one by one
