No Valentine
He waited.
He waited...
But waited too long.
It was unexpected-
The debris was everywhere-
His hope.
He cried till he laughed...
Lonely laughter-
Roses wilted.
His sanity wilted.
His love wilted...
Wind howls...
Rain mourns...
Thunder moans from grief...
Lightning shows sadness...

C-C-Civilization
Our ancestors must be rolling in their graves right now
Could they only see what has begotten of mankind:
Unself-respecting descendants in suits and skirts
Armed with pointless words stabbing each other on the backs
Drawing no blood but in their maiden thoughts
Afraid, shy deceivers... Lead in the communal water
Poisoning no one but themselves
Too bad we're still as resilient as they were.
Like cockroaches. Just without the balls.
Draw, you sissies!

Urgent
I can't get to you
Even though I keep trying to;
The feeling would leap out each time, having me
Stop and go 'am I even worthy? '
But you already know I like
You- so much like
The way I do seeing to another
Day of life- with YOU in it! Please don't shrug 'whatever';
Rather, smile 'hang in there- I'll help you out',
'Cause I'm helpless inside, held down by doubt,
And I don't know how far this
Desperation'd go. You're one I just can't bear to miss.

Hither
Come trail my love to its tracks
While they still keep off rust,
While they still ignore the cracks,
And while they still dread the dust.
And trust, love,
That life is too finite
And so much like a dove
That has no real right
To perch still for a cure
That hides from sight
And makes unsure-
Like light
That tires of trying to see
That darkness in the corner
That fears to free
Itself- and boldly enter...

Bared
Where do I even start to begin
All these things that live from within
Loved one covering for another
But really, he's a monster
Something changed the beast
Something lied to it, should be, at least
Ignoramus, turncoat, hypocrite, blamer, backstabber
Defeatist, insulter, racist, sellout, sellout, sellout
Hypocrite. Fake.
Son of a. Baser.
Point you out, I point you out
You've rubbed me raw,
Stockholm Syndrome.
Hegemony.
Dysfunction.
Dysfuct ion.

A Oven Liet
Where the flesh goes,
The mind follows.
The body is weak.
Why she left me alone.
How she got sick.
And no one calls the phone.
Never had to cook with her around
Now I found a light in the most unexpected place
The oven.
I sit in the dark tonight
In the kitchen
With only the oven light
While I try to mend.
And I brood like a chicken with her eggs
My seat feels like it's hatching
My bottom is burning

To Mona (Love) ~Lyrics~
Nothing wro-o-o-o-ng
Nothing wro-o-o-o-ng
I lock all my doors
And open these places
That I made for you
To touch you and feel you
In my hands... and smell
Your crisp scent, knowing
That I'd have to let go...
I'd have to let you go
Nothing wrong...
Nothing wrong...
Loving you
My friends I watch closely
Whenever they come by
My girl she thinks there's
Someone else but that's not a lie

Behold
Take it through the shade of your shadow-
Let blindness be your guide;
Walk from today to tomorrow
Relying on nothing on your side...
Fear is but a product of sensing,
A living abortion that looks so much older,
A monster out of one's own labor feeding
On freedom, enslaving space and caging in shelter.
Keep watching it build up, growing,
Or grope for the sustaining plug-
Favor euthanasia over suicide, weeding
Out what the self itself has dug.
It's an ever-skewed mirror after all-
Deceit is fullest when the eyes are open;
Doubt with them closed as death sees all
In its lucid dream, everything unhidden, swollen.

Mira
Why do you look away when you see someone acting sad?
What are you afraid of?
I know, you're only looking out for yourself.
That, and/or the labels...
But look, when your sh*t hits the fan,
Don't be surprised when upon seeing you I ran.
Or is that too dramatic?
Or you want to be popular?
Yeah, we all do
Though we all deserve recognition.
You can't judge someone without even a passing stare.
And you know what? You become a sociopath if you don't care.
Stop quoting The Joker.
I do love it when he goes psycho- must be the media.
Sensationalist ratings (attention) -seeking effluvia.
Artifice of trends; plastic pollution; etc.

Why I Love You
I told you that
I love you.
Then, you
Asked me why.
Good question!
For I hadn't
Really thought of the reason
Until now, so
You'll have to excuse me
For a while as
I go back to
When it all started...
Looking back,
I realize that
My eyes weren't
The ones that
Saw you that day,
