Masculinity
Neither do I hate a man nor do I detest awoman
But I hate masculinity
Every man and woman is masculine
Because everyone suffers from hopes and fears
Every phallus and uterus expands and contracts
If there were no hope therewould be nothing to fear
There are as many heavens as there are men
The inscription at the gate of my heaven is_
GIVE UP ALL HOPE OR YOU CANNOT ENTER
Dante's hell is what my heaven is
I long for a world wherethey will not fear castration
We donot want strength Oh God we donot long for hope

Know Thyself
Civilisation is now up with arms
The multinationals will reach every remote corner
Soaps and toothpastes and cold drinks
Must be sold among the eskimos and pigmies
and the Jarowas
Everyone must share the fruits of development
And technology
Those who refuse to share our wealth are damned
And must be eliminated from the world
The hermit's cloister has been shattered

Old Age
I never knew till I reached my old age
that so much joy and happiness were in store for me
N ow I know that I used to carry useless boulders
on my shoulders and mistook them for priceless treasure
On the road the dacoits robbed me of most of my belongings
Thanks to the capitalist world that breeds inequality
Thanks to Fortune that is the gigolo of the rich and powerful
Now the
load of ego and pride have alighted from my head
Light and happy now I cand bend my head before everyone

Prospero
Do you know the type of a prosperous man
Worldly wise
Knows how to get his daughter married
To a kings son
He is Prospero
His archetype is Satan
He slyly entered into the Eden
And taught Caliban language
And what else Caliban could do with language
But to curse
Prospero made the spirit of air a slave
And tormented the spirit of earth
And finally felt that he was successful
His brother came under his spell
Happy man he was now prepared for death
A poor man indeed so unlike Shakespeare
So unlike Caliban
Did Caliban ever write tragedies and comedies

A Man from Mesopotamia
I asked a man from Mesopotamia
What is life
He asked me in turn
The thane of Fife had a wife
Where is she now
The rolling seas that drowned thousand ships
Of Ur Mesopotamia
And that laughed at the gasoline afire
Flung into her breast
When fire broke out in Iraq

Lord Buddha
Buddha roared like a lion
and thundered upon the world
the message of love and karunaa
Buddha was as loving as the kangaroo
He wanted to carry the groaning world
in the bag close to her belly
to reach them to nirvaana
Buuddha showed up in the world
as if from nowhere
just as a snake does

Siren
It were the sirens
who had the hero in thrall
Sirens are now sounded
to keep the heroes pent up in their
600 square feet flats
Hah Ha
There they ponder over their tv sets
set their attention on the shaver
and the after shave lotion
And soon the after siren city

The poetry of the earth is never dead
True that the poetry of the earth is never dead
The grasshopper and the cricket testify that
But another great war will take place
It will a nuclear one I am sure
That will be the end of grasshopper and cricket
That will be the end of the poetry of earth
Presently with another great war
our dear earth will turn into a piece of charcoal in a moment
to dissolve in the space
Thank you Herr Einstein

The fire and the water
The fire belongs to heaven
It was stolen by Prometheus
and was brought to the earth
The fire however always wants to
go back home in the skies
The flames always clamour for that
looking up with hissing tongue
The fire seeks to burn the earth into ethereal heaven
The water belongs to the earth
The demon Vritra robbed the earth of its water

Truth
Truth was there at the beginning of the beginning
Truth was there at beginning of the beginning of the beginning
What was true alone was there
And truth has persisted through the ages
Let change do whatever it can truth alone remains
Change has sprung from truth
For there was nothing else than truth
And change is its offspring
Or perhaps change is truth and truth was change
Change was at the beginning
