Love's Seductive Touch
Hands held out for holding,
after being brushed away by pain.
Hoping to feel the warmth,
which only love can bring again.
They long to touch the body soft,
which is filled with love.
Have someone kiss each dainty palm,
and again know love’s seductive touch.

True Love
In winter, a rose’s fragrant smell is rare
as true love one can share.
Unlike the flower
that only once shall bloom,
true love in our hearts
shall always loom.
Although we shall come upon
our ups and downs,
the love in our hearts
will always keep us bound.

A Sad Wind From The Sea
Every so often, we feel
a sad wind from the sea.
It blows an ill wind
throughout our lives,
turns joy into sadness
whenever it comes along.
We are always happy
when the wind is gone,
returning to where it belongs
that sad wind from the sea.

Knocking Shop (Fun Poem 117)
I have a little place
I call my knocking shop,
my little den of iniquity
where I go
and bang away all day.
However, it’s not what you’re thinking
and it’s not rude or crude
as I’m a little cobbler
and I bang away
on my shoes all day.

Enduring Flame Of Passion
The enduring flame of passion burns on
in hearts filled with only embers.
The passion that once burnt bright
never really dies away.
The smouldering embers
still hold an enduring flame,
just needing a gentle spark
to bring them back to life again.

A Haunting
Each of us have a haunting
that troubles our mind
from time to time
of a mistake we made
where the winds of time
have left it far behind.
An obscure moment of haste
and of a mistake made
that comes back repeatedly
to haunt our waking hours.

Why Is This Happening to Me?
When everything seems lost,
and your afraid to go on.
Your heart is weeping,
and your friends tell you to be strong.
Every question that you ask,
seems never to have an answer.
You look into yourself and wonder,
why is this happening to me?

Guiding Light
Like a lighthouse on a stormy night,
that shines bright for ailing ships,
to steer them to a friendly port.
I need a light to guide me,
to her awaiting arms.
A guiding light to lead me safely,
to her open door.
That I may end my search,
with love warmth evermore.

Infinity Awaits
On the final road we cross,
infinity awaits on the other side.
An angel stands at the gate
to guide us on our entering.
There are no desires to transpire,
nor hate to cloud our soul,
just peace in a long sleep
of which awaking will not disturb.

Christmas Has Started
Christmas has started quite unexpectedly
in the form of a Christmas card
from someone whom has never sent me one before.
It gave me a boost to my moral,
which was feeling rather low.
Made the sun shine in my life
that I felt like walking on air.
