The Magic Is

Every bow must have a string
to let its arrow fly.
Everyone must have a heart,
if love is to flow.
They say for every somebody,
there is a someone.
The magic is to find,
that special someone just for you.

The Pendulum Of Life

The pendulum of life
swings both ways
as we travel on our merry way.
It’s only if it stops
we’ve got something to worry about.
So long as it keeps swinging,
we can go on our merry way.

We all live under a canopy

Reaching For A Star

Each night we look up to the heavens,
at all the stars twinkling bright.
We all hope there is a star
for us up there.
The star we wish upon,
and hope our wishes will be granted,
with the coming of the dawn.

Years slip through our fingers
like the grains of sand.
We make friends
that mature in our lives
and then one-day
heaven takes them away
leaving us with only memories

You hide away
from prying eyes
as your life goes around

We must enjoy
everyday we got
as death comes quickly

End Of The Journey

In life, some journeys are long
before the destination is reached.
Some may even take a lifetime
with breaks along the way
