For Curse Speakers/Writers
Your words deflect
Return to you
And shower devastation
You can expect
That these will do
Set forth all pronunciation
It will accomplish
All that grime
All wrong you ever wish
You speak your fate
In verbal slime
And fill your heart with hate.
Your words bear fruit
All that you say
In time they will grow root

Lost Treasures
In an instant, all can vanish
For none can hold on to these
The tangible things we cherish
Like sand from our hands released.
Treasures of this earth so fleeting
A temporary worth they hold
Lost in fire, water, or shaking
They always leave us in the cold.
Real treasures lost in age
Man's faith and love for fellowmen
Replaced by greed and violent rage
Taking from one, whatever they can.
Lost treasures are human values
Perseverance, Hope, and Honor -
Dignity in work and Patience,
Love for all, whatever their color.

Music
Mellow sounds that gently touch
With soft caressing notes
Taking one to heights as such
As clouds in azure skies She floats.
Sweet Melody so fascinating
Fills one's soul with wondrous tones
A flight of audible escaping
With Her one never feels alone.
Music soothes a heart's own pain
A mermaid of such consolation,
Her songs embracing sweet refrain
So tenderly will calm emotions.
A moment with Her richly heals
Whatever sorrow ails the soul,
For Music evidently fills
The vacuumed man to make him whole.

No Other Mediator, No Other Savior
How many are diverted?
How many get deceived?
They need to be converted
To God truly believe.
Those idols never answer
And Religion never saved
Man cannot be holier
By doctrines that they gave.
I speak in paroxysm
As one who've been set free
From all that Cathecism
To God, did not bring me.
Truth is always ready
For all who seek will find
Christ alone saved you and me
He heals all who are blind.

Wishful Dreams
In dreams persistently you are
A present vision, ever haunting
At night like a brilliant distant star
The sight of you fills me with longing.
You call my name there in my dreams
Embraced I am in fleeting shadows
You hold my hand like fading moonbeams
But you're not there in my tomorrows.
If life could be lived in wishful dreams
No waking up in the brightness of sun
Together we will be forever it seems
Of days and of parting... there will be none.

Faithful God
Still I trust the One Who holds me
In the palm of His loving Hands
The God Who gave His life for me
Gave His Word that I might understand.
Still I trust the God Who promised
And gave me Hope, eternal life
His truth each day I have experienced
He is with me in every strife.
Still I trust to be in His House
Where He has kept a room for me
As I pray my Faith will arise
For God keeps His promises faithfully!

Not the End When Love Ends
It is not the end when Love ends
That's just a brief consoling respite
For you'll never know what the Future sends
Soon another Love may come with it.
Like the Spring or Summer it returns
With the songs of joy that it imparts
A new love awakens and passion yearns
Then faster are the beatings of the heart.
Yes the Past holds beautiful memories
Remember not to close your heart's door
Because Love will come on times as these
And happier are the memories than before.

Without God
Absent explanations
Inconclusive vanities
Denials and presumptions
All void Realities.
Delete Divine Existence
You say God never was -
Why then blame such pestilence
On a Truth, you deny thus?
Granted that God be denied
And no Good or Bad is here
Then all Humanity had lied
No truth in Love, only Fear.
No Caring, no Compassion
No Happiness in all newborns
No Joy or celebrations
No reasons there to mourn.

Sick Critic
Vexations and vagaries
Plague negativity
Pompous animosities
Spread much toxicity.
Unfounded anger fed
Erupts like a volcano
The writer's ink turns ugly red
And fits in poem he shows.
Jury, judge, and warden
Sentence laid for others
Those striving with their pen
To be successful writers.
Self-appointed Critic
Resign from your position

Stop, Look, Blame Ourselves
The cruelty of man
In life, cause so much Pain
We cannot understand
And we cannot explain.
The ravages of War
Or pangs of endless Conflict
All that will leave a scar
On us, it's always tragic.
For in ourselves we find
The Cause and Reason there
Let's not remain all blind
In Man lies Evil bare.
Pretend there is no God
One we can always blame
We are the only Source of Bad
We make the Rules for our game.
